Do you have significant limitations in extending your wrist? Is it difficult to use something like a push-up wooden block? When I do push-ups, I put a barbell block on the floor and protect my wrists.
@@Jaeho_Fitness Flexion of my wrist is ok- but extension is still uncomfortable, not painful just stiff& tight. There is definitely some scar tissue between the radius & carpal bones- feels like a door stopper when in extension. My Pilates teacher training is back on track- injuries are so frustrating but we need to listen to our bodies allow time to heal. I love upper body work on the reformer- using the box/ straps/ foot bar ( awesome for planks& push-ups) I will try your suggestion of the barbell block. Have you ever tried WAGS - Wrist Assured Gloves?
If you do it consistently, you will definitely get better. ^ ^ My workout routine is no different. It only adds load. Let's go slowly and steadily together. ^ ^

I do barbell shoulder presses as my main workout, occasionally replacing them with pike pushups. The main is the barbell shoulder press. It was the least strain on my body. В моем случае я выполняю упражнение, применяя дополнительную нагрузку с помощью утяжеляющего жилета. Я добавляю около 25 кг веса для отжиманий и ношу около 10 кг веса для подтягиваний. В описании к видео, если есть гантели или гриф для подтягиваний, то написано, что их можно заменить ими, что тоже поясняется для тех, кому не хватает упражнений. Форма упражнений почти такая же, как у меня обычно. Только весовая нагрузка разная. Я загрузил свою тренировку в Instagram. Поиграй с моим инстаграмом ^ ^

My upper body strength is not very good. This routine is a bit of challenge but I’m thankful for the rest in between exercises. Thanks Jae-ho.
