Please check whether it is connected or not according to the blinking lights on the receiver and the microphone. If it is sure that it is connected, does it not work on other devices as well?
If you have a desktop mic, you can use the H8 for gaming and it won't be bad. Even though it is a monitor type headset. But if you don't have a desktop mic, we recommend the H9!

Same, I still can’t get it to work with my iPhone 14 max. I have an adapter and still don’t see it working
