That was amazing how Noelle patiently stood by as her fur cage was removed from her body. And kudos to the two ladies; they are professionals! No way could a person remove that fur safely without being a pro groomer. That cutie is going to be adopted quick.
When the doctor first saw her, she wondered if she will have to be sedated. She quickly saw how content Noelle was to have that nightmare shaved off her and she just allowed us to work ❤

I for one, have never had a problem removing an animal from an abusive situation. By whatever means necessary. Anybody who sees an animal in need of rescue needs to do something.
This really brought back memories for me. My family was transferred overseas and we found a dog running loose on the base that we thought had just 1 eye. After giving it a haircut & bath we discovered he did have both his eyes. He wasn't as badly matted as Noelle but it took quite some time to get the matted hair off with just a pair of scissors. Fluffy was with us for about 18 years and was the best pup we ever had. He was great with the kids, protective and playful and loved to go for rides in the car and boat. I still miss him.

@@marissashantez6051 I do not know about that. Restaurants are packed here and carry out places are booming . If people do not have money why is the Chik Filet drive thru over 20 cars long everyday. Just saying, my eyes do not see it. Plust markets are packed and it is so hard to find dog groomers around here. They are refusing new customers. Mad Mad world.

I just discovered this video and can't believe the state of poor Noelle's coat! Between those thick mats and whatever they picked up it must have doubled her weight! Hopefully she's happy in her new home and her former owners replaced her with a stuffed toy instead of a living pet.

@alexibrial16 And some who would need help with the animal need to realize that if they won't get the help, then it is best to not have the pet. Family and/or friends who give a pet to an elderly or disabled person should always offer to help with the care of the pet such as walking a dog, playing some with a cat and other ways of caring for it that the owner needs help with.

It must be quite an experience for a dog to get all that fur/hair cut off. The relief must be incredible. Amazing how fast the dog bounced back from this terrible treatment.
Loretta is such a remarkable young woman. She takes multiple bites without pulling away or dropping the animal. And she genuinely loves every dog she helps. These people are wonderful ❤️🐾

When Loretta started singing I lost it. I was on the verge of tears the entire time. Except up to that point it was sad tears. When Loretta started singing I cried tears of relief and joy that this beautiful little pup was saved.

No human contact, no care for their health and well being and limited human interactions. Make sure you take away their cellphone...These people who treated this dog so disgracefully should NEVER be allowed to own an animal!

20lbs of smelly wet fur.
My little dog fell asleep forever 2 weeks before what would have been her 17th Birthday. In honour of all the love she gave me I donated her collection of coats, collars and Lucky Leashes to a rescue. So her Lucky leashes helped support your rescue and now will be used for rescue dogs over this side of the pond. Thank you for all you do, and for giving me something positive to help deal with her loss x
Thank God for helping this 🐕 dog. How could the owner be so cruel?? To neglect this poor dog for so long. They should never be allowed to have another dog. Thank you to everyone who saved this little female.
I don't wish ill on anyone with the exception of any abusers. May they rot and be miserable and get what Karma sends them. So grateful the landlord finally stepped in and called you guys. I was surprised by how many people are questioning our actions on this rescue but trust me, the owner has my number, and so does the landlord. Everybody understands that I am just a phone call away to the officers of the Animal Cruelty Taskforce, and no one has said a word. 🤐
I am very well aware that I have A LOT of eyes on me, so I am very careful not to do anything that would hurt this organization - this is my top priority in life. 🐶❤😺
This tenant violated the laws of the landlord, the HOA, and the management company by committing a crime on their property, and it was their right to let us on the property and put an end to it. The tenant knows it and also knows there are going to be serious consequences for their actions that led to Noelle's condition... there is just no excuse for it!
It's not like she was a part of their family anyway... no one ever loved her, cared for her, or played with her... they just gave her food, and that's definitely NOT ENOUGH - I can't believe some people defended that owner... I'm not even sure how you ended up on our channel if that's your position. 🤷♂
Anyway, it's all good here, and I love how to see that so many of you have already watched her beautiful transformation, and I am mostly happy to know that Noelle is so comfortable and happy. 😊

Asking about the legality of the situation is NOT defending the owner or saying that the dog should not have been rescued.. It's a legitimate question. I wonder why you felt the need to present those questions in such a bad light?
I am so glad you rescued her. We have to put the health and safety of the dog FIRST. Any law that requires the dog stay in that condition is WRONG. Do it some other way. Use photos and affidavits. DO NOT LET THE DOG SUFFER. We wouldn't keep a human baby in those conditions. Just replace "human" everywhere it's a "DOG" and see how you feel.

I try to be a positive person, unfortunately when I see this kind of abuse, and the fact that she wasn’t a stray……makes me want 15 minutes alone with the heartless person who did this to her.

Once again, after so many years, we are witnessing, moved, a miracle. No religion here, just the love, the efforts, the patience and the determination of a few humans who show us the way better than any guru. I never tire of witnessing, each time, this magical moment when a desperate animal comes back to life.

I will never understand people who get a companion animal of any kind and then neglect it. I mean why? This poor little dog. How would the owner liked to be treated this way? This little sweetheart is obviously a non shedding breed. Non shedders get so incredibly matted if they aren’t groomed regularly. So glad you rescued her. I’ll bet she felt fantastic getting rid of all that hair and getting clean again. I’ll bet the hair weighed more than the entire dog did.

Yeah that was a neglect case and should have involved animal control. the landlord said it was fine tho so they kidnapped the dog and could technically be sued for it.

Hi! We actually adopted her!!! She's named Valerie now. She is truly the best. She is in a warm house getting fed great dog food. She has a dog brother and dog sister. And she sleeps in bed in my arms! My social media is private so I can't link to a photo.

I will never understand why people abuse or neglect animals. I'm glad HFP rescued Noelle, and hopefully she'll find a forever home very soon with people who will love her for the rest of her life. I hope that karma gets there revenge on the person who had her before HFP rescued her. She looks like a different dog, it almost looked like they were shaving a lamb with the amount of fur that had to be removed to clean her.

Well, HFP is abusing animals just as much as your avarage animal abuser. What do you think is in those cheeseburgers? Cabbage? It's disgusting how little love and care animals that are not cats and dogs get. Yes, they help dogs, but they are abusers as well as is everyone who eats animals.
