Hi TDUK, I have both a Roku Express and Roku Streambar, both on OS 14. I am based in Scotland and have none of the features you mention on either device. Both of my devices updated around 2 weeks ago. Perhaps these features are for US Roku users only? Cheers, CC

My Roku TV updated to OS 14 this week but I don't have all of the new features yet. I'm in Illinois, USA.
I just checked mine in US(Texas), it says updated to version 14.o.4, on October 17th!! Thanks for the info.🙏
