So in medical college hospitals only two batches of residents are handling the patients. One of the batches has their final exam soon so possibly only one batch will remain. The residents are protesting because they have been working since March 2020 and now they need the help of a new batch of residents. But the counselling is being delayed due to a Supreme court case.

Personally I found the second half of the movie outstretched to mint more business by creating a sequel.. They could have easily completed the story by editing some unnecessary stuff out from second half, that aside it’s an entertaining movie.
