The spidermastermind really was underwhelming from day 1. It's probably one of the few true failures of Doom monsters.

In Blood, Cerberus has 2400-7680 HP(from "Still Kicking" to "Extra Crispy" difficulty). Note: The information can be inaccurate so approximates are used since the source code of Blood was never officially released. They attack by spewing explosive napalm on long range, breathing fire on medium range, and bite on short range. When one head is down, the Cerberus attacks with more ferocity. It's name is based on a dog from Greek mythology of the same name, although the real Cerberus has 3 heads, instead of 2.

As someone who's played through the entirety of Blood, I can safely say that his attacks are extremely devastating, and when you take into consideration the arenas that you fight him in, I'd say he might provide an even bigger challenge than the Cyberdemon
