I say the clock spring..
Unfortunately I had the same issue and I replaced the clock spring assembly which included the SAS and the wiper controls and cruise controls. I
I was able to clear the airbag light on the dash by doing a manual reset but I'm unable to clear the VDC and SLIP lights. What are your thoughts on this. I don't have access to a consult. Can I use another scan tool to clear these lights?

Yes sir. However customer declined the clock spring or as Nissan likes to call it the spiral cable.

My Nissan Armada has the same problem air bag light on and vdc also slip light and no horn
