    It's wonderful to see how these sticks are made. I bought one like this recently for a relative and it's so nice to see how it would have been made. Also, those ones with the carved animals on them at the beginning are so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing!

    Nice. Little tip for you. Instead of trying to find a vice with worn jaws so your work doesn't mark. Use soft jaws. If you have none you can use aluminium or tin, (from a can). Cut two lengths long enough to span the jaws and wide enough to cover the jaw teeth, plus enough to fold over the edge. This will prevent jaw damage and they can be replaced anytime. You can buy leather and felt soft jaws instead.

      They were never paid enough that's why. Come on be honest would you decorate a room yourself or pay £500 for a decorator? Buy a cane from a shop for £30 or buy a hand made for £150?

      @@gbwildlifeuk8269 I'll pay that much for something like that. The real thing made with painstaking effort is always more valuable than the cheap trinket shop pieces.
