Struggling with depression and ptsd, and I used alcohol as my only crutch for around 5 years. My intrusive thoughts are usually more self-loathing stuff, but I get it man. Hope you're still out there kicking those thoughts' ass.
My personal Thumpasaurus Therapy sessions sound like this: 1) I'm Pissed 2) Mental Karate 3) Talkin' 'Bout. By the time I get to the end, my attitude has improved, and I'm ready to tackle whatever was ailing me. LOL!!! Thank you, Thumpasaurus! LOVE your music.
