@@HarmonieV yes we will. Myself and my wife are in Houston. But always come to Vancouver for R&R. I am pretty familiar with BC. I was in Victoria in sept 2019. So once Canada opens up. we will make trip to BC and come and stay at your Cabin.

It's outside of Vernon, so pretty close by :) .Oddly enough when I moved to BC i actually lived in Vernon for a few months before coming to Vancouver, so i got to spend a lot of time in Kelwona & all of the surrounding towns. So I'm pretty excited to spend more time in the Okanagan again! Do you still live there?
Oh nice! Yes I am still living in West K. I moved away for school but am happy to be back. I’m actually getting married on the lake in Vernon next year!

But this cabin wasn't initially on my radar - i guess at some point i added it to my favourites but then forgot since it wasn't in my ideal location. But then at one point i got an email saying there was a price reduction on this place, which put it more comfortably in our budget and i was like 👀!! hahaha i hope that long-winded explanation answers your question

hey! yes, the water is municipal & as for internet I don't think it's fibre but it's going to be high-speed for sure.
