I was in the service industry for almost 10 years and I can honestly say that there is a very high percentage of people who feel they can do no wrong and treat service people however they like, mainly because they know that their review or reception can impact their job and potentially cost them their employment. I agree if their was a universal review system for everyone on both sides it would level the playing field and I think entitled people would behave and treat others a lot better…
