    This is blah blah blah nonsense. The problem with law school is there is too much talking and not enough thinking. Just read the damn book. The exam is testing your knowledge of the rules. Period.

      I'm not sure what you mean by read the book. The MBE is the multiple choice portion of the Bar Exam. Reading books to prepare for the Bar Exam, in general, is the least effective way to train yourself. The exam is definitely testing your knowledge of the rules. However, even if you memorize every single rule in all your law school books, you'd still have to practice your multiple choice test taking skills.

      Have you taken the bar or studied to take the bar? Because there is a lot more to taking the bar than memorizing rules.

      Excellent point. For example, what good is memorization if you are NOT responsive to to call of the questions presented.

      The exam is testing several factors in which an adequately prepared law graduate should know prior to testing. For example, what good is it to know the rules and lack the ability to spot the issues presented or fail to respond to the questions presented!! Hmmm
