- Hey lads, last video in the 2 part special. Today we wil be replacing my dads broken bumper on his ford fiesta with a newly sprayed one transferring all the bits and bobs over. And giving it a sand with 1000 grit and 2000 grit wet and dry sandpaper. Then finally giving the bumper a machine polish with a DA and Koch Chemie M2 Hochglanz Antihologramm Politur.

Could you use self tapping screws instead of rivets?
Any idea on how to remove those reflectors on the bumper?
Hey there mate I have a mk6 Zetec and I want to put a zetec s / st front and rear bumper on instead is it just a straight swap or does it include more stages please let me know asap cheers

I do indeed drill out rivets, I replaced them using a rivet gun. However they require really wide rivets. To be honest you can use it without but it should have them.
