7:04 aapne cell reference se row ka $sign nahi hataya .isiliye row bhi lock tha woh niche ki cell reference me conditional formatting applied nahi huya.

Hi Sir, Mera ek problem ka solution bataye please , Mai Questions ko achhe se samjhane ke liye ek easy example le raha hun
Ek bade data me kisi ek column me mujhe ye count karna ki uss column me kitne baar fruits and vegetables likhe Gaye hai, fruits and vegetables ke naam diye gaye
Fruits : Apple, Mango, Banana, Pineapple, and
Vegetables : Potato, onion, Cauliflower Diya huwa hai, Condition ye hai ki kahi pe
1.) Potato 2kg likha huwa hai, to kahin pe 3kg potato likha huwa hai matlab Potato kabhi pehle hai to kabhi badh me or yehi condition har ek fruits and vegetables ke sath hai
2.) uss column me koi sequence nahi hai koi bhi place pe kabhi fruits to kabhi vegetables aa jata hai matlab agar ek sath 4 cell me fruits ke naam diye huwe hai to agle 2 cell me vegetables ke naam hai yani randomly hai
3.)Mujhe ye sab Libre office calc me karna hai
