Thanks, Dennis and all; GREAT OVERVIEW, and show in Somerset, KY..... wonderful town: we travelled through many times , and stayed overnight, etc ... Anyways, the 54 Kaiser is a great piece of History and wonderful : my First Car being a 54 **also ( FORD,2DR V8, 3TREE: mild **mod with 4 BBL/57, 289 DUAL EXHAUST/tires), & worked up by a Mechanic in COLOMBIA CITY Indiana,......and the 55 CHEV 4 DR CONVERTIBLE IS a real, nice Build......my Neighbor Friend having a 55 4 DOOR, UNTIL HE GOT THE 56 CHEVY He Really wanted...
The Wizard of Oz would drive that Emerald City Green Zephyr down the Yellow Brick Road. The 4-door 55 Chevy is really cool, but I'm not surprised it does not have a folding top...that would have required some major engineering and modification. Check the weather report before a drive....... ☔☂🌂🌧⛈ Nice Video Dennis (and your camera person).
Great name for a Summertime Fun...@ Somerset...Somernites Cruise... Do a night show once... if the light is not enough then just in the evening up to dark 7, 8 Pm!!!!!!!!!
Every time I hear the theme tune at the beginning of this show, it reminds me of an advert in the UK from a toy company (now defunct I assume) called Toys R us. (The R was the other way around/reverse.) Anyway, Great show and I love it !!!
That Lincoln Zephyr in the beginning is very nice but there is absolutely very few things left from the original car. Mini Cooper headlights? '99 cougar turn signals? Upgraded interior? Non stock Color? Elongated 7 to 8 inches tail? Fold down tags in the back? 70 Hemi Cuda crate engine? Yea, he did a nice job, but Just a ghost of it's former self. What a shame. RIP.
Hey Einstein, maybe he found the car rusting in a field and decided that he didn't want to spend the rest of his life looking for original parts to restore it.
