Looking to buy one to feed my speed addiction for a lower budget since I don't have money for an isf or supra for a good while... going to buy a family highlander and want to get a toy that gets me by for the meantime without starving myself completely from nit having a decently quick sports car. What is the beast year to get in terms of toyota tweaking and updating it for the us350 that isn't the new ones that cost a ton? Ik the early years were the most quick to 60 due to shorter gearing but it's not as crazy of a difference. I rather have the updated features on suspension, cosmetic, and interior if I'm not wrong.
Well usually in most cars the last few years are the best because they fix all the problems the previous years of the model had, but tbh all years are great, I don’t personally know what the differences are my friend has a 2006 is350 feels and drives identical to mine to be honest, I just say as long as it’s a good deal and we’ll taken care of the year shouldn’t be too much of a concern, and as for the facelift, I’d say upgrade to a newer style bumper anyways 😉

In my opinion cars should be pushed to achieve they’re full potential, but that’s my opinion, if yours is to have a boring car that’s yours and I respect it😂 but Lexus’s goal is definitely NOT to get away from loud and abnoxious they’re cars are not hella loud but they’re definitely made for performance, especially the 5.0 V8 platform they’ve been using for years 😮💨

Would this sound the same on a is250 F Sport or is there any difference between the two?
slight differences but not much given a different tune on the engine
They also use different engines

I don’t feel V6’s should have an exhaust at all. Pointless really. I have stock exhaust on my ISF and I wish it were quieter, but love the V8 power!
