Thats not a typical rwd wheelie bar, completely different purpose. This bar enables the front wheels to stay planted and gain traction otherwise car would just spin.

It could also very much be a tu5 j4 (106 gti/ saxo vts) engine as it's a straight bolt in and can make silly power when done right
