I like Magnolia better. The lady there is more friendly plus the price is much cheaper.

If you see chinos working in a nursery most likely the place is owned by chinos also….in that case you better forget about the prices…

I think oriental owner because they like to use fertilizer to have fruit in the pot so thé seller can charge higher price.

Thanks for the video! I must visit this nursery and buy an atemoya tree as they are at a very good price. Most places I visited didn’t have this price anymore.

@@KsKitchen123 I’m just collecting some of small one like Lisa, sweet green, red n green gefner? Phet pak chong (Thai), sugar apple,ap and sour sop. Couldn’t afford the big one, but still pricey for all! Beside magnolia, there r Van, Emely, or laí thieu nurseries; there r more of them!

Very Expensive to buy a guava tree .... than to buy an apple tree from Home Depot... It's a total ripped off to Asians They said it's rare, but they grow guava trees everywhere in LA

I think if you want fruit now $350 is not that bad….if you have to pollinate yourself that could be a different story…
