how much degree plays role in iT sectors of nepal? is it necessary to have a degree or you can get a job without it? as i don't have a degree of related field but i had learn by myself.... can they hire or degree is compalsary?
degree is optional. skill is what matters the most. but generally few companies prefer a individual with a degree. if you got good skills to land a job, you don't need it. they won't even judge even though requirement is bachelors passed given.

You can do M.Sc. CSIT in Nepal. This is a general degree. On the other hand, you can go abroad and pursue one specific area of your interest.
