I used to carry a Raynox DCR 150, which could be clipped on and off the lens front quickly. However, this only worked till I was using a 70-300mm lens. I don’t think it would even clip to the 200-600mm’s 95mm front thread.

It's fantastic that you can do macro photography with this lens. Do you have any experience with the Sigma 150-600 Sport for Sony? I am kind of torn between the two. Thank you!

do you find this lens to heavy to hold at periods of time?
Marilyn Zanca - This lens does get heavy after a while and I only use it hand held for birds in flight or anything that moves quickly and changes direction rapidly. It’s on my tripod the rest of the time. Thanks for watching.
