I've struggled with depression since I was a teen and he has taught me to not take myself so seriously. Plus, he taught me the 5 minute rule. I get to be mad, sad, angry, whatever for 5 minutes and then I have to let it go and move on. In short, he's just awesome and my perfect mate!
At 39 years old, I have the same best friends from when I was 13. There are 5 of us and even though we all have families and don't live as close as we used to, we take the time to chat almost everyday. We see eachother often and the best thing about my girlfriends is that they're genuinely kind to the core. They don't ever gossip and don't have a mean bone in their bodies. We have been through so many changes but our love remains the same. I am truly blessed!

Being positive everyday to me starts with appreciating all the things we have and the people we have around us. Unfortunately, most of the times only after some things/people are taken away from us do we realise that we shouldn't take them for granted. On monday night, my washing machine ''exploded" and i had to mop 4cm of water in my kitchen at 4 am, my phone stop working for no reason, my cat ate my macbook cord (80€ to replace), i got sick, ... (oh, and my best friend is awy on a ski trip so i miss her) So your video was exactly what i needed ! thank you for that !
