Mr x’s actual spawn trigger is when you take the battery out of the stars office if you sneak down there and take everything but that and come back out he won’t spawn until you’ve taken that
No, it's when you exit the stars office or walk too far forward in that hallway.
@@CarcinogenSDA if you walk to far down the hall way yes he will trigger but I’ve done it many times where I’ve been in the stars office collected every item bar the battery and he still doesn’t trigger if your careful enough believe me done it many times but as soon as you walk out the stars office with the battery even you sneak around he will still spawn, try it believe me it works
Maybe. I've never done that room without picking up the battery. I'll try it on a dead practice run or something.

Every time I play leon a or b I still do the hit stunning a zombie then finishing it off with the shot gun
Careful though you can spawn him back in depending on how you do certain things. For example I had gotten into the secret tunnel in 10 minutes but basically avoided everything. When I got the weapons locker key card for the shotgun he spawned back in, he was coming from the fire escape.

@@ElijahMask13 no, he just came through the fire escape during rpd 1 after I despawned him, I know I despawned him because he was following me to the goddess statue then I touched the elevator and then I couldn't hear him anymore. So idk what happened there
Know it's an old video so no one will probably see this but got the game 2 weeks ago & just finished all 4 Hardcores with S+ thank you Carci! Leon B was by far the most frusttrating between the parking lot dogs, the organ trail & for some reason I couldn't hit G3s shoulder eye for the life of me lol sure someone already mentioned it but for Leon B if your not going for no damage/no save just do yourself a favor & save right after G2, in the save room near the elevator after getting the hiding spot fuel/magnum part, then right before G3. Then with those saved your safe to not bring knives into any boss battle & replace them with a healable & just reload if need be. Also if you die always hit reload instead of continue & check your time because at least on console I noticed the game adding minutes to my time so I'd just quit out then reload to fix it. Thanks again Carci on to RE3 now!

Leon B has gotta be my favorite run in this game. Now I had no idea that you could snap Mr. X out of existance during RPD 1... There's always something new to learn, and something that will potentially make me replay this game.

47:28 Fun fact the reason why they’re Randomly will be A zombie in the area it’s because sometimes the enemies in Resident evil 2 remake reacts The exact same like Mr. x So they’ll hear gunshots as a matter fact they see your flashlight they’ll react to just depending how far away you are 🙃

You probably won't see this but I started playing this game recently and your guides have been a godsend that have made my first playthrough go super smooth. I mess up sometimes but your strats have saved my ass more times than I can count. You're awesome!
Carci does carci things:
-calls out past Carci
-makes me look like a noob
-Shows strategies and tricks i'd never think or dare to test
-casually mentions 'advanced strat' videos while i'm still trying to perfect the very first zombie in the gasstation skip (after getting the key), have gotten better, but i do get grabbed once every 4 tries
if you're still getting grabbed, wait til he goes past the shelf and wait about a half second then sprint and hug the left shelf

The licker that spawned after getting the scepter scared the shit out of me as I am following the walkthrough while playing and had the video paused during the scepter animation. As soon as you said "a licker will come through the roof" I said to myself "no shit!"
I did see the boundary break on this game. Which I agree. Really helps with mr x. But I did not fucking know hitting the elevator button spawns him out. I could have absolutely made my hardcore s+ no damage run a little easier with some items I skipped because I didn’t wanna deal with him at the moment. That’s awesome.

Learn the enemy's animations and what spots in their walk cycles they will keep their heads in the longest and you will almost never miss.

The tips on the last 3 boss fights help me out on 2nd run Leon was down some ammo. Finally got half of this game done a lot of stuff happen stopping me from playing I was like a fish out of water jumping back into this game.

Great run...only 2 things I never understood....the secret film and rook plug can be boxed because there are boxes in the film room and the room with the plug puzzle....could have saved so much time trying to figure out space just by boxing those 2 items.

Hey bro what happened at 1:24:41 when you pulled the shot gun back out and and it the full stock on when it was on your back. Like all through out rpd 3 the shotgun on your back did not have a stock on it but when you went to the box put it in and pulled it back out it had a stock while it was on on your back Is this a bug? Btw great vids you helped me get my s+ ranks.

@41;40 you mention Eliott's corpse isn't cut in half in this version of the game, does that mean the cutscene where we see him get ripped in half at the beginning of the 1st (A) run is different?

Lol, I had been going down the elevator and back up to get rid of Mr. X in RPD1. Now I know. The elevator trick also works for Claire in the elevator behind Iron's office. However, you may actually need to go down the elevator and back up to get it to work consistently. It may not be as much of a time saver.
getting trough the normal way towards the dark room to develop the film roll is a no go 2 lickers roam the halls there

I used a knife strategy I found years ago with a combination of this strategy on G1. Basically I just kept knifing Willie B until I knocked him down two times, staying behind him on his left side so doesn’t grab me prematurely and then I let him grab me, used the infinite knife as my defensive tool and then I shot him with the magnum and he was beaten. Also I know this was a year ago, but why did you grab the diamond key in the morgue? I mean besides the fact that in the B scenario when you pull the dead guy out he resurrects, but I find it makes it easier to pull him out just enough where you can grab the key without triggering his resurrection. But make sure you decapitate the zombie sitting beside the door first cause otherwise when you grab the key, that guy will wake up.

Carci is in fact built different.
Some decisions specially at the beginning were very questionable. You only go through the first office once so no reason to leg the zombies, you can just run pass them, however, I completely forgot that you can go upstairs and grab the locker key card right away, this would cut a good amount of time from my run since I don’t need the magnum
Great strats although i wasnt lucky with 2 parts. When entering the west corridor the licker would not de aggro for some reason. Amd i had an ivy that just wouls not stun with the shotgun. Wonder if these are specific to my version. Im in the UK.
Getting back in point, aoart from my issues an awesome strats video and anyine who needs help or just wants to watch a cool youtuber, this is your man
So, out of curiosity, I'm sure you checked out the whole ray tracing deal with your beast of a PC. Is it really all that? I noticed a few things here and there (especially in the sewers with this game), but my laptop can only run it with medium settings and still keep a decent frame rate.
Also, you say the only thing affected by frames is the knife, but dials and locks are also affected. Well, maybe it's just a cosmetic thing, but they still feel slower at lower rates.
you may be right about certain animations being slower. tbh ray tracing only looks good at higher res, 1440p or higher. makes me really tempted to upgrade my capture.

I love this game
Knife strats do work on console, just not as well. It's fully possible to kill G1 with two knives, the flash and hand grenades, and some well placed handgun/magnum rounds after a bit of practice. Its a good way to save ammo
