I"d probably opt for a slightly smaller fan...is that one 30x30mm? or 25x25mm? Or honestly it would probably be better to add heatsinks to the components of the boost converter that get hot and then add similar aluminium plates to the USB modules to keep them cool. Definitely going to be a serious lack of airflow inside that case.
Nice build, but if you use 24v as an input you won't be able to use the fan? That could overheat your case. Why not get a 24v fan? That's your common voltage because you have the boost converter..?
