- After almost an entire year, I'm back to my superstore roof permission.
I guess it can be called my "summertime permission" 😉 Enjoy the video if you wanna see why.
My Prophet Performance .22 proved to be reliable and up to the task yet again, even in its low power setting.

Getting paid to camp out on a roof and snipe pigeons all day with a killer air rifle setup? Sign me up!
Not getting paid, Kyle 😉 Just something we do on weekends.
Imagine doing this as a full time job. I would love every moment of it!
Me too, mate, but it's just something we do on weekends... Thank you 👍
Stellar post. The slow motion segments are the best! Thanks
Thank you kindly 🙂 I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Pigeons are smarter than I thought. I had the same problem of pigeons pooping everywhere in my barn style mechanics shop. Had previously tried a lot of different things, even a drone. Nothing worked. In the end a bb gun solved my problems. Bought a cheap green gas bb gun with plastic bb pellets. The gun is good for up to 40 feet maybe. Spent a few days shooting at them. Most were only stunned, as I was using the plastic bb pellets that came with the gun. After a week they all disappeared. Once in a while a straggler shows up, but I only have to point the gun at them and they immediately panic and fly away.
That’s very interesting. So you really werent killing them. Just introducing them to immediate pain as a no fly zone. Thats awesome man. I thought for a second you were terminating them. Now im no goody shoes but, when literal feces is everywhere, something must be done. Just suprised you taught an entire poop platoon not to be there. Cheers!!
Absolutely, mate. Nothing else works in my experience too. Thank you for watching.
Threading the needle with awesome knockdown power. Great video. 👍👍
Thanks, brother, it's a great gun indeed, outshoots me every time 😉
Brilliant video Alex, and as always top notch shooting my friend, great watch Cheers
Cheers, Casper, great to have you watching again 🙂🤝
Good morning, Alex, from a warm and sunny East Coast of England. You will be pleased to know I got my "whity" this week. 25 yds fron my TV aerial. Another enjoyable video.
I'm sure it was quite a shot 🙂 Well done, brother! 👍
Looked like a lot of fun!
We get the job done and we do find some fun in doing it, yes, plus a couple of jokes 😉
You have some of the most amazing locations to hunt, its always fun and exciting to watch your videos.
Well, Steve, you have no idea how much that means coming from you, with all your exotic locations and hunts 🤝 Thanks, bud!
Nic zabawnego tu nie widzę zabawne to jest chyba dla popierdolonego skrzywieńca i przygłupa😡😡😡😡😡
evolution is a great thing, the fact that they developed dancing technique to save themselves from being dead is just amazing
😄 I appreciate the humour, mate 🙂 It's a part of their mating rituals as you know, I'm sure, and with so many targets I prefer to shoot the ones that are still. Trust me, if it was a single target, at that distance dancing would not save him 😉
Nice shooting awesome footage your a true pro my friend!!!
Thank you, Doug, means a lot, mate 🙂🤝
Excellent job on those flying rats.. All the dents in the metalwork made me laugh 😂😂😂
Well, Phil, we warned the management about those and they didn't mind 🤷 Thanks, bud 🤝
Indeed they are flying rats, but they also deserve a quicker death. Why not shooting higher up the head/neck. It's more difficult/challenging, but gives an instant death to those animals.
@@joerivankallo couldn’t agree more there’s certainly no need to cause unnecessary suffering to any creature vermin or not👍👍👍
I’ve been watching your channel ever since you started. It’s a great channel. And your such a good shot. Keep them coming brother man and be safe
And I meant to say some people don’t know how tough Thea’s birds are . I’ve shot them with .22,.25,and .30 and still see them fly off for a while. They migrate 1000s of miles every year they are strong be safe
You have my gratitude, Randy, it's an honor to have you on board!
You're spot on about those birds, I've found that to be true through my own experience in culling them.
So satisfying to watch. Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏻
Thank you kindly, mate 🙂
Great video, that location is pretty target rich for sure!
So far it is, Bret 🙂 We'll try to change that 😉 Thanks, brother.
Now this is some good pesting scenes. Now that's a very nice air rifle right there! I like this one. That must be a pigeon factory lol love that smack sound! Hey, sta slingin that sweet air rifle lead! Ed da pro snippin air man💥👇💪😱😱😱
Thank you, Eddie 🙂
Nice shooting as always. I'd like to get out to my favorite permission but it's too hot right now, 100+ everyday. Athlon scope?
Pretty much the same here, brother, that's why I was there early in the morning. The heat would be unbearable on that roof during the day. And yes, that's an Athlon Argos BTR 6-24x50 FFP 🙂
Thank you 🤝
Awesome video as always! What scope are you running?
Thanks, bud 🙂 It's an Athlon Argos BTR 6-24x50 FFP Mil.
How many shots before you refill? What was the distance, the hammer, and regulator?
Reg at 130 bar, hammer was dialled out a lot, as this is a powerful gun at a low power setting, it gave me a huge number of shots, again due to the low power setting, never counted how many exactly.
I love the sky rat videos . I keep waiting for one to get hit in the crop and leave his dinner on the roof . great job.
Fred, just yesterday I managed to record such a shot, it was crazy, the crop exploded and the grain spilled over the tin roof the winged rat was perching on. I saw it clearly and I imagine the slow mo will be even more spectacular 😉 You'll see that on the next one, mate.
Did your pellets cause all the dimples I see in the metal behind the pigeons? Just curious. Love your videos.
Yes, mate, they did. On this one and a couple of previous visits there. The managers said they'd replace them and didn't mind. There's a hole on one of the pipes that's not my doing though.
awesome video alex man i just need to start asking these ppl that have these grain elevators around me where I live if they need a guy to do pedt control just to see what they say either yes or no thanks for sharing bsafe buddy 👍
Many thanks, Chris, and those guys around you should be happy to have you of they know what's good for them 👍
Brilliant video as always 👍👌
Thank you, Laurence 🙂🤝
will using cage or net to trapping these pigeon more fun and efficent? I was a bit of worried that you might accidentally shoot some pipe and blow up something else.
No, we're being careful. And trapping won't let us get nearly as many as using our high end PCPs.
That's not a farm. That's a dove kingdom right there! 👍👍👍
So far it is 😉 We'll change that little by little 😉

Awesome! Never ending job.
Not a job. But it takes time, I admit. There are places that we've managed to clean.
Yes a great video and great shooting 👍😁
Thank you once more, Stephen 😊
Well done Pilgram, and yes I did enjoy this video much - damn good shooting. Look forward to your new and interesting next video. Be well and stay safe bro.
Thank you kindly, friend, another one coming soon 🙂
All you cowardly blood thirsty hunters and shooters I would delight in putting you on the other end of a rifle and watch you squirm before I pulled the trigger.
Phenomenal video brother!!! I always enjoy watching you work!
Thank you, friend, great to have you watching 🙂 It's always nice to get a positive feedback from a fellow-shooter 🤝
Of all the courting, one female down and plenty of males down, the dancers were so funny to see failing to flirt 😂
A nasty fact of life - females live longer than males, just like with people 😄
Really like the chair bucket! Excellent marksmanship as always! Thanks for another great pest control video.
Thank you, Kevin 🙂 That little chair is really handy, it's basically a disc when folded.

Welcome, mate, it's great to have you watching 😊👍
Hold Unders are perfect, right in the crop, instant out.
Absolutely, Gerald, with all those reticles available these days to me it makes no sense to rotate turrets. Cheers.
How many birds do you take, at that location, you may need to take 25-30 to make a dent ?
At least 🙂 Pretty often I don't record all my shots - to be effective, at some point I stop using all my recording gear and just shoot as many as I can. I've already made more than a dent and I'll keep on keeping on.
Another great video, good shooting 👍
Many thanks, Nigel 🙂
🎯 Awesome slow motion impacts 🎯

Hello, i'm a new subscriber and just started watching your videos today, as a fellow human i want to say thank you for what you are doing, with your pest control you are keeping people safe from the diseases those pest carry. You are a hero.
Thanks, buddy, and welcome to the channel, it's an honor to have you as a subscriber 🙂
Hero... Well, you give me too much credit, mate 🤝
human is diseases not poor bird
Great shooting, im very jealous of your permissions...i had a nice session this morning and got a few skyrats, nothing on the scale you have but massive fun nonetheless.....I'm curious, What was the best joke your buddy told that's repeatable on youtube? if he's anything like the lad i go shooting with his humour would probably get your ass cancelled like a stamp on here!. xD
I imagine my mate is much like yours😄The joke was vulgar to say the least and definitely one I wouldn't share in the comments to my videos😄 Thanks, brother, and regardless of the number of birds culled, I'm sure you're doing a great job!
amazing job. i hate those flying rats. especially uninvated ones those coming my balcony at early morning and cooing around, shiting everywhere. Guess why im here watching this video...
Thank you, friend. Most people see things the same. Those birds are really a menace if their numbers explode.
Had ferel hog kill videos recently come across my feed. Looks like damn fun. Your sky rat kill videos just came across my feed today. Looks like damn good fun. Reminds me of my youth with my Crosman .177 pump pellet gun I killed many birds with.
Thanks, mate, I'm sure you were great with your gun, simpler, happier times....
Fantastic shooting, I’ve got the sub 12 Prophet Performance in .22 cal………absolute 💯% lazer beam with 18 grain JSB /H&N’s. Looking forwards to the next upload
Thank you, Mike, great guns indeed 🙂
Great job, Alex!! Those flying rats cause a lot of damage.. Keep it up!! Cheers!!
They really do, mate, thank you for your support and for watching 🙂
Fantastic shooting
Many thanks, Philip, I appreciate it, mate 🙂
Great jobs!
Thank you kindly, my friend 🙂
Nice to see you're still at it Alex! Lots of dents on the ventilation ducts but it seems like you have got the right power dialed in as I could not see many shots go through. 👍 Probably need to detune my Prophet Compact somewhat, currently it shoots the 18,13 grain JSB Heavy at around 950fps and it is a laserbeam out to at least 50m but it does not group well at a hundred.🤔 Thanks for sharing your adventures in the city, big thumbs up!
Thank you, Hasse 🙂 It could be just me, but I think 18 grainers at a hundred meters lose too much energy and are subjected to more than one external force...
@@AirRifleActivities Indeed, also the conditions were not exactly good at the time. Maby I should try Monster RE in the Edgun version and see how they work @900+ fps... 🤔🙂
@@thehaze1972 most certainly they'll perform better outdoors.
nice one alex, the amount of gear we end up taking either fishing or shooting!!
Absolutely, John, not a fisherman myself but I have friends who like fishing and I admit it's crazy how much stuff they take with them.
YO, your rifle is so nice! Your a hell of a sniper to boot but that weapon is dead sexy always great vids and necessary elimination 4 sure thank you.
Many thanks, Sean 🙂 The Prophet is a great gun indeed. Thank you for watching, mate 👍
Great Shooting Mate you can see the birds just dead, straight through it... Keep going.. Good fun to watch!
Thanks, mate, it's great to have you watching 🤝 I'm glad you enjoyed the video, cheers 🍻
@@AirRifleActivities It's like being there.. the rife looks Epic too very good tool for the job :) state of the art it has become!
howdy from Sacramento! Great shooting in a target rich environment. I use the Jim Shockey shooting sticks (tripod - v2). I note that you sometimes shoot from lower kneeling or seated positions. the v3 sticks will allow those positions. the v2 is mostly for bucket height and standing shots. both are super quiet and easy to deploy and adjust. good luck and look forward to the next vid!
Hey, bud. Thank you for your tips. Usually I'm used to leaning on just about anything on my other permissions but it's a bit different on this one, I really needed some sticks or a tripod. The Equalizer 2 us a good option, I only need to tighten the joints a lot.
Nice shooting, Alex, love the slow motion, I think every wishes they had a permission like that, plenty still to go at though lol 👍
Thank you, friend, and you're right, there are still many birds we have to deal with. Little by little, early morning hours when possible, before the place is open for business.
i enjoyed this way too much 😂😂
Thank you, friend 🙂 More content on the channel, enjoy 👍

Does the air gun work on seagulls? There are plenty of them in my neighbourhood, although we are like 100 km from the Danube and 300 km from the sea. The way those birds scream at night is insane.
I know exactly what you mean. Watch the video I posted after this one 😉 Your question about the seagulls is answered there 😎
Yes they do
Жаль у чаек нет винтовки.
I was somehow expecting a random cat to appear on the rooftop and steal some of your catches haha.Nice video as always!
😄 Not there, buddy, but you'll see plenty of those in the next one. Thank you 🤝

Yes true. It is unfortunately prohibited here.

Masterful shooting as always, keep up the good work. My desert town, near the Mexican border, is overrun with these flying vermin. They fly around and unleash their disease all over everyone’s cars, there is no escape. We could definitely use your magic touch out here.
Many thanks, Ryan 🙂 I'm not surprised, they cause the same problems everywhere when their numbers explode. I'm surprised there's no airgunners targeting them already over there by you...
feral pigeons are legal for hunting year round in most states along with starlings check with fish and game for your state, then buy an air rifle.
Sollten auch in Deutschland viel mehr abgeschlossen werden diese Ratten der Lüfte
As always i'm impressed by your excellent shooting. Keep blasting the skyrats.
Thank you, friend 🙂 Will do. More videos coming soon.

Customer doesn’t mind the dented duct work?
Is this before you backed off the pressure,or a predecessor?😉
Good work and introduction👍🏻
Thanks, mate. They're not exactly customers, we don't charge for this. But no, they didn't mind the dents in that aluminium lining on the edge, we warned them. It'll be replaced one day, it's not sth expensive.
That was a " pigeon shooting gallery"! Great shot placement. The shots impacting from the rear seemed to be especially devestating, all birds were dead right there. Possibly spinal trauma? Enjoy your vids. Scott USA
Thank you kindly, Scott 👍 You're spot on, brother - with those shots the spine is shutters, plus the soft mushrooming lead projectile inflicts damage to the heart and lung area.
Great shooting and video production mate, I think the biggest problem is running out of pellets before you run out of skyrats.
Spot on, Brad 😄 And thanks a mil, friend 🤝
Awesome awesome video brother!!!!!
Thank you so much, mate 🙂
Clean shots...👍👀

Well done good shooting. Looks like vector scope you're using. Nice scopes . And at a good price.
Thank you, Keith, but that's actually an Athlon Argos BTR 6-24x50 FFP. I am looking into buying a Vector scope soon though 😉
I'm guessing there's heat coming off the pipes and that's what attracts so many pigeons🤔
and to drink from the water that you can see at 13:16
@@Gnommer Hello Gio - you can tell the warmer pipes by how much s*it they've accumulated 🤨
It's the water, guys, yes.
No, not the heat, it's summer here.
But they do perch on those pipes and make a huge mess.
@@AirRifleActivities Hello, the only thing I can think of is vertical spikes - you see them on buildings where pigeons roost. That might keep the pipes clear, are you sure there's no warm fluid going through those pipes? Thanks, mate
@@leegorman8322 I really can't say, but it's so hot right now, that it makes no sense for the birds to look for heat... If you watch my latest Leshiy video, you'll see feral pigeons perching amongst spikes.
Not sure if anyone has asked, but…….. what do you do with the pigeons after shooting them?
They ask me all the time 🙂 It depends. Usually I give some to farmyard animals (if I'm at a farm) and I also give many to friend who like pigeon.
the video at 2:35 is mirrored but I didn't realize that and I have to re watch until I saw the letters on the regulator, but why I'm mentioning this... if you watch carefully looks like your gun has the cocking on the right side and I was wondering..... wow! LOL, Great video my friend!
😄 Yeah, a cooking lever on the right side of an RTI gun will always reveal an omission in my editing 😉 Must have flipped that little bit by mistake, along with the scope cam footage clips. Cheers, Erlis 🤝
Seria bom após os abates mostrar eles sem as penas para vermos aonde o tiro entrou e saiu. Parabéns pelos belos tiros. 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍🇧🇷🇧🇷
You're right, buddy, other people have told me the same, but usually I give them away, I rarely keep some to myself... Perhaps I'll do that one of these days though 🙂 Thank you 🤝
@@AirRifleActivitieswhat people do with those? Use as feed or as fertiliser?
@@AKUJIVALDO these days we mostly give them to farmyard cats.
I wish my company would hire you. We have at least 50 "sky rat" pigeons at our plant. Pooping all over everything. Yet our company does nothing about it.
I completely understand your frustration. Pretty often owners and managers are afraid someone might call some animal right organization, and those people are very hard to deal with, they refuse to understand and are prone to go to extremes sometimes.
Wish I could help you out, mate. Thank you for watching and your comment.
what kind of camera do you have attached to that scope
I have a GoPro Hero 7 Black with an aftermarket Eagle Vision lens. Thank you for watching, bud 🙂
@@AirRifleActivities I got a go pro hero 10. I searched the web last night looking for an attachment because I thought it was a go pro. I came up empty. Nice video
Pellet hitting one click above the target cross. Is that for a specific reason?
Yes, and it was specifically explained - did you notice me saying that I'm using "holdunder"? That's when you shoot based on the markings of your reticle. I'm shooting at an upward angle which makes the projectile hit higher that the zero. Look up "holdunder" and "holdover" and you'll see 🙂 Cheers.
@@AirRifleActivities I must have skipped the part that you explained the holdunder. I did wonder if it was to do with the upward shooting angle 👍🏻
Love how you call those flying raccoons “customers”
...or sky rats 😉 Cheers, bud 👍
As a woman i find this really attractive, i honestly dont even know why...i am equally disgusted and fascinated all at the same time.
I'm flattered to have you watching, dear 🙂 Believe me, if you visit one of those places and see for yourself the true extent of the damage those birds cause, you would understand. Walking in their filth, smelling it, seeing it for yourself, you would understand. Talking to a ln educated medical personnel would also contribute - if they explain you the risk of the diseases the winged rats carry.

Would be interested to know where the perfect shot is and what you aim at
I'm not sure I get your question. If you ask me why I aim lower or higher than the centre of the crosshairs - it's called holdover and holdunder, and the idea is to compensate for distance and angle based on the reticle hash marks, rather than use turret tracking before each shot.
Very Nice Shooting !
Thank you, Edgar 🙂
Would you tell me what’s the scope cam mount and what action cam can you use with it? Cheers
In this one I used the GoPro Hero 7 Black and the Side Shot scope cam, but now I switched to the Orion Cam and it's a way better mount that the Side Shot. Cheaper too. Cam is still the GoPro Hero 7 Black.
