    This is how I learnt to leg drag 11 years ago. Nice to see time tested basics still being used and taught at the highest levels. Some really nice details on the way you grip once passing the leg that I'll incorporate.

    I love the work keenan, im 15 years old and can do alot of this, that's saying alot of positive about you're explanation skills, i especially loved the wristlock into the omoplata, i would love to see you make one on how to properly execute the omoplata and which positions to do it from, thanks -Thomas

    That annoying delariva grip .. what works for me most of the time for ex. If my right is gripped I just step out with my left turn my whole body left and soccer kick my right leg out and re start

    Now how do you stop them from stalling/trying to calf slice you by grabbing the inside leg?
    Biggest pain in the ass with bigger training partners because I can't break that grip.

    Hi Keenan! Your cameraman filmed in flat colors and the editor forgot to colorize and brighten up the video~ It's an easy fix. Just have to do some color correcting when editing. Cheers!

    Regarding the leg cuff grip at the start: Why not drive your knee upwards like you are doing Muay Thai. Either he lets go or it shreds his little finger joints into oblivion.

      I hope this is a joke? Man people pay hundreds of dollars to get just fraction of Keenan's time and would kill for every little detail the he knows to be on video and you want a shorter video!?!? Imo it's pretty shorsighted and kinda disrespectful when a world class instructor is giving away his knowledge for free. If you were at a seminar would you stop after and say "that was great but next time can you make it shorter"?
