Skydiving from Hawaii to Miami - July 2015

I moved from Hawaii to Miami this month and got to jump in different places like Las Vegas, Houston, Deland, and Miami. Here is video I put together from the past month of jumping. Hope you enjoy the video. Also the skydiving videos from now on will be from around the Florida area, no more Hawaii :-(

I wish I could go to Hawaii to jump. Maybe sometime in the future. I will continue practicing my sit fly till then, i'm just getting started with freefly and discovering a whole new world!

Awesome. I jump out of Palatka just 1.5 hours north of Deland. I live up in Jax. Maybe I'll see you at the DZ someday!

I'm obviously biased, but I love it. We have a handful of world class jumpers as regulars, and in general a couple handfuls of fun jumpers as regulars. Art Shafer is the DZO; Shane Shafer's dad (who is part owner of fluid wings if that helps). It's a small DZ, but that keeps it a close knit family, everyone knows everyone, and everyone's really nice. We have a caravan and two 182s for jumping. www.skydivepalatka.com Typically open for jumping fri-sun and holidays. Fridays are cheap hop and hops.
