How to Transform Fear and Anger into Love

Swami Satchidananda is asked for his advice on what to do about feeling fear in dealing with people. He advises the person to find the cause of the fear and analyze its source. He explains that fear often comes from fear of loss: of someone’s approval, loss of things, relationships etc. This leads to teachings on impermanence and finding joy in what will eventually be lost.
