Just make it through each day. 1 day will turn into 2, and then into 4. A week will have gone, then 3, then a month. 12 more of those will make a whole year. I've been listening to this sleep music for several months now and it was helping but now they added an annoying commerical at about 2 hours in. Last night as I was FINALLY about to fall asleep a commercial comes on. Why would you put a commercial in sleep music. SO IRRITATING.

My five year old loves to put on adventure time to fall asleep to at bed time, and after he’s finally out, I switch it to this because he loves to see this video if/when he wakes up during the night. Too bad it rarely plays for too long as it pops up one of those “are you still watching? prompts and the TV goes to sleep after nothing is played for 10 min. Boooo! A+ video besides this issue!

Thank you so much for posting this. I have a hard time sleeping. I'm a natural insomniac anyway, but I also have a condition called gastroparesis. Basically, the nerves in my stomach are damaged so it doesn't allow me to digest food normally. It's a miserable condition. I've been on a feeding tube for almost a year this time (last time was only 4 months). I also have a central line (kind of like a PICC line) where I get IV nausea medicine and fluids three times per week. I woke up today and realized that this is the first morning where I didn't need to look for my throw up bags and actually felt decent. Thank you so much for that.

Change your TV setting to not go into sleep mode.
It does the same thing on my phone, but the timing is erratic. It could be in 5 minutes or 5 hours.
You can change how long until that message pops up on UA-cam settings. I have mine set to 5.5 hours.

I use this as a timer to track how long I slept, I slept 23 minutes last night
That truly is a short amount of sleep and can affect your health. Try creating a sleep schedule and sticking to it if possible. Sleep well!
