Ingredients for 6 people:
125 g of spinach
4 eggs
50 g of grated cheese
250 g of smoked salmon,
200 g of cream cheese with herbs
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Beat eggs until foamy. Mix the spinach, salt, pepper and cheese with the egg mixture. Line a baking tray with baking paper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and spread the mixture on top. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees, let it cool down and turn upside down so that the filling faces the cheese side. Sprinkle with herb cream cheese, put the salmon on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll up tightly together, wrap in plastic foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Then, cut into slices - thick or thin depending on your taste.
It looks pretty good. Add a baguette and maybe some horseradish cream.

if u freeze it half hour u get a much cleaner cut:)
