Driving the 600bhp Polestar 1 to Caffeine & Machine | Ferrari F40 LM spotted

Back in October, I borrowed a Polestar 1 for the weekend and in this video I paid my first visit to the wonderful Caffeine & Machine for breakfast.
The Polestar 1 is a 600bhp hybrid with a 34kWh battery pack and a 2.0-litre engine that is both turbo- and supercharged. It's as handsome as coupes get, with a usable pair of kid's seats in the back and a smart interior partially borrowed from sister company Volvo.
As for Caffeine & Machine, there is no better place to stretch a car's legs early on a Sunday morning, park up in the yard and stroll between the unique and exotic machinery of fellow customers. The breakfast menu is top-notch, their Covid-secure measures work well, and to celebrate their second birthday an ultra-rare Ferrari F40 LM had been drafted in. A must-visit for all petrolheads.
