@@LooneyNukewe already saw what teleportation looks like before and that wasn't it 💀
That was terrible. 😭
I don't think we are supposed to feel sorry for Kaufmo in his funeral, we are supposed to feel emotional about Pomni understanding how much the people of The Circus care for eachother and that she isn't alone there.
Fr, that was one of the main elements that the episode touched on. That's why we saw Pomni's dream at the beginning get "resolved" in a way.
This guy really shouldn’t be reviewing other shows if he’s a big fan of Vizziepop’s horrible writing 😂😂 like the funeral scene was pretty blatant
Here’s the thing about the ending funeral,
the point of it was not for the audience to grieve for the clown (I already forgot his name), the point was to use the funeral setting for Pomni to realise that if she does get abstracted, people will care.
In the beginning of the episode as she falls in her nightmare, dream Jax & Ragatha (and Cane) pretty much dismissed her.
Making this kind of an arc for Pomni.
Exactly!
I thought it was meant to be both that and a joke that it's emotional but we can't hear what they're saying.....is that just me because I feel like I completely misread it

I actually think we DID get to spend enough time with gummigoo to build a connection with him. I was actually excited to later see the interactions between this NPC with the characters. I REALLY hope we get to somehow see him again.
Yeah, same, it felt like his interraction and Pomni's were the real main plot of the episode, it was enough for me to care
I love how we get like 0.2 seconds of Jax angst (when he’s sad for kaufmo)
I don't think he's sad for Kaufmo. I think he's sad that everyone would more likely celebrate than mourn if he abstracts.
@@binkyboy448 waittt ur right.. awhhh poor jax
Right!? It was cute!
I think it implies that one of his close friends also abstracted and Kaufmo's funeral brought back those memories
Like when does this happen? @Ziz-The-Fox
Something you don’t seem to understand is that Gummigoo’s revelation was to give Pomni a reflection of her own situation, and Kaufmo’s funeral was meant to put her fears to rest. These were done to develop Pomni and no one else.
I've heard a lot of people mention the thing about wanting to hear what the cast said in Kaufmo's funeral, but I actually think not hearing them has a lot of meaning behind it. The scene was never meant to be about Kaufmo, it (like the episode) was about Pomni coming to understand that even if the situation they're all in is kinda shitty, what's important is the bonds they form.
For that reason, I think it's better that we don't hear the eulogies and just focus on seeing Pomni's emotional journey at that moment. It would've been distracting, and there isn't much of a point to over-focusing on a character we'll probably never see again
Agreed, I loved the funeral scene. It was probably meant for Pomni to realise that despite the terrible situation they're in, it didn't render them completely apathetic. Everyone still cared for each other, and it's amazing to watch.
THANK YOU! I was literally saying this aswell.
"Pomni coming to understand that even if the situation they're all in is kinda shitty, what's important is the bonds they form."

YES!!!!
Glad someone got the reference!
Totally don't agree with Gummy's death not being impactful. I was really hopeful he was going to be around, and found him to be introduced super well. I totally connected with him. His sudden death makes a really good point towards the episode's theme as well as setting up lots of character and world building.
Edit: also don't agree at all with the idea that Pomni and Gummigoo's time in the test chamber should've been cut quicker. Didn't you want character development and getting to know characters? Visually it wasn't as impactful, sure, but there were lots of bone-chillingly great moments down there, and the scene where they fly up is genuinely super well handled both musically, visually and thematically.
Also, here's the thing about Kaufmo's funeral: it's not about Kaufmo. We can't pretend the audience is going to connect with a side character who was abstracted for all the duration of the show, but through seeing how the people in the circus actually care about each other aside from playing Caine's dumb games, Pomni understands that the people around her actually care for her, and will remember her. Trying to befriend a confused npc, seeing them get killed before your eyes, and realizing that the people around you are as confused and caring as you thought they weren't seems like quite a solid second episode to lead into a more trusting and relatable set of characters. Like, it's both a learning experience for Pomni AND the viewer, where we get to understand the characters without any need to dump lore so early on.
thank you for saying a lot of the things i wanted to say! i agree with all of your points completely!
@@jacqueline373 thx for the kind words! I think that this episode was super-well handled writing-wise and I'm glad others agree! :)
Yes definitely!! I was surprised a good amount of people didn't pick up on these points. You explained my thoughts very well especially with the main takeaway of the funeral :)
am I the only one that disagrees I thought this episode was a huge step in quality from the pilot
No, I agree with you too. The characterization and pacing was better in this episode!
He got a point on the animation changing it's quality a bit and the pacing, but I a disagree with every other problem he mentions.
I personally preferred the pacing in this episode over the one in the pilot.
@@derpoltergeist8265 That's true, I like the slow and somber moments. They allowed Pomni and Gummigoo to have their moment and didn't have extremely intertia-breaking cuts in that moment
Its because this one actually feels like an episode. The pilot is just all over the place, I think episode 2 is a MASSIVE step up and it made me a fan of the show (ngl I was indifferent to it before)
I’m obsessed with the way they’re tackling depersonalisation & existential dread. Feels like a very pertinent theme in our current times of ✨ chaos ✨
Given how quickly AI is "getting good", Most certainly yes.
A couple of months before the pilot came out I had a two week long derealization episode. It was hell, but I think that is one of the reasons I resonated so deeply with TADC. I like the exploration of themes like perception of reality and questioning your own existence.

If I had a nickel for ever ytime a funny side character that was added to the main cast in the 2nd episode was killed off in an anticlimactic way for both comic relief and emotional depth in an indie cartoon, I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's crazy that it happened twice.
no but why do those characters have to be so precious
Dumb question what the secind show

@@awoooga5857who died in the second episode in Hazbin Hotel?
Maybe it was sir pentious?
-I actually loved Pomni and Gummigoo's conversation. It was sincere, honest, and surprisingly heartfelt. I love it when a scene takes its time to let the characters express themselves. We got to know more about Pomni as a character, and how she feels towards others. It felt reminiscent of Buzz and Woody's conversation, in the first _Toy Story_ film, once Buzz realized he was a toy.
-I think the glitching was meant to be "Chekov's Gun". It was introduce in the first act so it could be used towards the end (i.e. using the glitch to get launch out of the chasm).
-I don't think Gummigoo was "killed" per say, but more "teleported back" to his home world. His copy was saved after all, and Ragatha did say that they might see him again in the near future.
-It was nice seeing Pomni growing as a character. She realized that she's among friends in the this crazy place known as the Digital Circus, and even used her experience to help Gummigoo.
-It was funny seeing Jax being an agent of chaos, and getting bummed once nothing exciting happened until they left. He's what you call "likably awful".
-Kaufmo's funeral, while brief, really does show that the characters do mourn their friends once they get abstracted. Their body languages and expressions really gave a sense of how much he meant to them (even if we, as the audience, didn't get to).
Overall, I thought it was a VERY solid episode. It had more heart and sincerity compared to the pilot, and that was very refreshing to me.
Can we also have a funeral for Gummigoo…..? 😢
Rest in peace Gummigoo. You were real
That’d be sweet for them to do for Pomni
I laughed.
I cried.
I gasped.
I sighed.
It was AMAZING! Pomni is growing on me, Cain and Bubble were toned down, and the other circus inhabitants were all relatable and fun.
Jax was a little much and I get why people were annoyed by him, but I personally found him funny and his motivations sympathetic.
The story was interesting and kept me guessing and reflecting long after the credits. It built the world while raising more questions. Voice cast and animation are a joy to behold and in a league of their own. Altogether I am a fan of this show!
Episode 2 actually turned out pretty good.
I think your being to critical with the glitching blocks. I’m pretty sure the point of the glitching is to show that the world isn’t stable or showing Caine can’t keep his eye on everything with stuff glitching otherwise he’d patch the items. And you know with glitches, players gets into areas they aren’t suppose to. Pomni getting into the dev room for the models is probably the start of her discovering more secrets of the circus. Items in the first episode were glitching through the floor as well.
Pomni starting her villain arc when gummigoo got killed by caine💀
I wanna see her in action lmao
I can't be the only one that feels Pomni will wind up personally ending Jax lmao
I’m pretty sure kaufmo’s funeral prevented that from happening (FOR NOW)
I was not ready for Gummigoo to get poofed just like that 😭
The glitching wasn't a "bit" it was a chekhov's gun. Pomni having it happen and noticing it, it happening too fast but remembering it, and her using it to her advantage. It's also world building cause if the game is bad enough to glitch like that, it should be consistent, not just used when it's convenient.
Also Coughmo's death isn't important to Pomni. The funeral itself is what she was paying attention to.
I did like the episode but I kinda hated how they just got rid of Gummigoo. And it really disappointed me because he became my new favorite character.
Same :/
Same
Maybe he will return in a future episode, but he definitely won't remember anything that happened in the second episode, since he will be a reused version of him and meanwhile the old one, which is the one who meets pomni and enters into that dimension is definitely erased.
"Sometimes Cain reuses NPCs" So.... he;ll be back.
Think of it like this: he was a proof that an npc in the game is more than just an NPC, it can have a more complex and human AI than Caine's. It is possible that the code that has been developed in him is still in the files, I don't think his entire script is deleted, Caine thought he was just a random NPC
My gullible ass thought Gummigoo would be a member of the circus I was not expecting that😭
Also I hope the show will make more of these Game-Dev jokes with the physics stuff and all that.
This episode overall is amazing and absolutely lived up to the hype, can't wait to see what's next.
Same
I was watching it with my friend and we both noticed how for a couple seconds that Jax looked sad when kaufmos funeral was mentioned, which definitely was a was a change of pace with Jax’s behavior, as he was being a really big AH throughout the episode
This episode is way more calm and serious in tone and i like that. Instead of being loud and funny all the time it has it's moments. There's also a little spark of hope at the end with Pomni realizing that she's not alone after all despite losing Gummigoo.
Gummigoo's death actually broke me emotionally. His death reminded me of Mami Tomoe from Madoka Magica and i really felt awful about how he died as soon as he finally had a chance to live life that he cared about.
OMFG SAME! It reminded me of Mamis death too! Like how she opened up about her struggles and then died literally when we just met her
Theory that one of the main cast members is secretly an NPC that Caine forgot about. My theory is that it could either be Zooble or Kinger since Kinger is the oldest who hasn't gone mad and Zooble generally avoid Caine and adventures not wanting to risk leaving the saftey of the tent.
Usually, I agree with Ayy, but this time...
Absolutely not. I shed a tear at Gummigoo's death. I loved the pacing. I actually prefer episode 2 over episode 1. The one point I kind of agree with is the animation changing, but I think it does that because there are different animators working on different scenes.
2:12 it feels off becuase your not used to a scene slowing down to linger on an important moment, important like a character realizing they and everything they know is fake and starting to come to terms with that... rushing that would have been a terrible idea, and im glad they showed restraint... art doesint and shouldint exlusivly catre to the dimished attention span of the adhd imparied... we can slow down take a moment to sit with a scene... and as for the faster action scenes... it makes sence action being in the name would be faster it never dips into messy or confusing. its done very well.
excuse me what was that bit about the adhd "impaired"? 💀💀💀💀 complaining about pace has nothing to do with adhd my guy that's just people too accustomed to fast media. I have adhd and i can attest that i very much enjoyed the slower, sober scenes.
@@harmonydew6486 i also have adhd and enjoy both forms of media, but acknoleging an over reliaance on one form of media is not some gotcha like you seem to think it is... i cant fathom why youd misunderstand such a basic concept... but slower and faster media are not universal... nor should they be... regardless of how popular a fad may be with kids who lack an attention span... and all that said... its not my fault or problem this is a reality....
@@harmonydew6486 my guy....
I really liked this episode. It was done extremely well and glitch never disappoints. I do think some may find it disappointing just because, as a result of the extreme popularity of the pilot, expectations were set that glitch could not possibly hope to exceed because they were so high. I think that it was a great episode, a perfect mixture of sadness and hilarity, and while it wasn’t as good as the pilot, I think that TADC’s future is quite bright.
I think there is NO WAY the episode was going to live up to the hype, that's technically always been an issue with Indie animation on the internet, and with the rise of its popularity, it's only going to get worse.
I remember even during the days of Newgrounds with Mario Bros. Z, Sonic Paradox and many other projects, there comes a point where the hype will become more of an obstacle than a benefit as people still sadly don't understand that animation takes time, as well as how expectations are not the best measurement for quality.
I'm sure we'll get more details regarding Kaufmo as well as the ARG element of this show, but since those have been the main talking points, any episode that doesn't dive into that will not feel satisfying.
I just hope that they still take their time with the episodes because no money in the world can just buy off the need for time.
This is probably for the better... So they can take more time to make a very good episode
We all know an anticlimactic scene with gummigoo getting Thanos snapped by Caine
For someone like me who regularly is frightened by looming existential dread, Pomni's feelings that she felt comforted at Kaufmo's funeral was really reassuring and really well done
Not sure if anyone else has already commented on this yet, but I think the reason why Caine might get confused if the npcs and the cast mix, is because he himself is an ai. So if the npc(s) that he made become too self aware and more human-like, it'll make it harder for Caine to recognize and distinguish between who's 'real' and who isn't. Maybe it would even make *Caine* glitch out, break, or become faulty in some way due to his programing since he himself isn't 'real' either. Ofc that's just my personal thoughts on it, though.
I actually loved this episode. Its comedy was so good and its existentialism was depressing. And Gummigoo's had my jaw opened for the whole time and just could not get over it until the bittersweet ending with Pomnis realization.
BRO IT HASNT EVEN BEEN OUT FOR A DAY HOW DID TOU DO THIS ALREADY..
I think kaufmo’s funeral’s dialogue was muted because it doesn’t matter what they say about him, now pomni realizes that ragatha and the others will be there for her unlike in her nightmare at the beginning of the episode
Episode 2 of The Amazing Digital Circus is definitely worth the wait! The Gang is visiting the Candy Canyon Kingdom and I can tell it's very SWEET! Also I have never seen Jax or even Zooble so sad before and I'm happy to see Gangle smile for once and I'm happy Pomni made a new friend, which is Gummigoo even though it was short lived. Also that nightmare poor Pomni had in the beginning is really depressing.🤩🥺🎪🍭
I think the point of Kaufmo's funeral wasn't to make you sympathize with him, but rather with Pomni. This represents her realizing that the other people she's trapped with do genuinely care about eachother, and even with Gummi dead, she's far from alone.
This is shown by her falling into the pit and being insulted and disregarded in her nightmare in the beginning, and that being replaced in the end with the image of the other characters reaching in and pulling her out. I particularly like the contrast between nightmare Jax's line "I don't think I can even remember her name" and the entire concept of an abstracted character's funeral being to remember them.
It was ok just felt the whole gummigoo finding out hes not real was too quick, like pomni never tells him that hes not real and all he saw was just a clone of him and other people. Then hes all I'm just a villain to be forgotten, and obstacle, who am I. I was just like, did we miss a scene, he just finds out all this stuff with no real explanation.
Bro I was not prepared for gummigoo to just die 😭 also Jax is a bit crazy bro (Pomni is so gonna go insane more so than she is already)
If you guys remember on the video "wake up pomni" there was a 1 second scene of ghosts characters and a character in a mcdonald, idk if those people were scrapped or it was suppose to be for episode 3
I think the ghosts will definitely be in episode 3, and maybe Jax doing minimum wage because that's scary, just like ghosts
I didn’t like how gummigo died. From the moment he said he wanted to join the main crew, I knew that something bad would happen. I am not a super big fan of the other characters, like I couldn’t care less for Jax and the others, but gummigo made me care so much about him, and I loved the relationship he and pomni got. When he died I just felt like the whole adventure was pointless
My personal favorite part of the episode is at the very beginning, when Jax says “I don’t even remember her name honestly”, as a reference to Pomni’s name meaning “remember” in Russian.
I'm still shocked that they just killed the NPC character. Poor Pomni. And I also never expected get to feel sympathy a poor NPC...
I feel like gummigoo got violated from Caine 😂 I hope he comes up in other episodes, the lore is real lol
I think Jax was it bit too obnoxious in this
Personally, I like this characterization of jax if it will ward away the jax X Pomni shippers
bro was going insane 💀💀
I thought so too, like it’s his personality yes but I think it was maybe too present, not dynamic enough but he was for sure funny
@@TheDeathEggRobotFanYk the rule 34 of the internet. If it EXISTS there WILL be prn of it

Jax was a menace
Poor Gumigoo😔😔💔💔
Fun Fact: The fudge monster in this episode is a reference to a scene in the 1977 film Raggedy Ann and Andy: A Musical Adventure.
Finally someone else also noticed that reference!
That's what immediately came to my mind.
Another one- (raggedy ann and andy reference)
What happens if Cain confuses a player with an NPC?
does he accidentally destroy players like gummy?
One thing I liked was when they found the dev room. Sure in the context of a game that would be a haha funny moment where you see what you are not supposed to. However the idea of finding a place like that in "reality" like Gummigoo did would be terrifying. Seeing yourself and everyone you know standing there like statues but also not seeing people you have memories of is some very good psychological horror.
Also I like that Fudge was a reference to the creature from the Raggedy Ann movie.
I agree with you… I think the episode was okay. Although I would have also liked to see more character development, and more specifically of Gangle with her comedy mask. :)

I mean for just one episode I thought they did pretty well with getting us to sympathize with Gummigoo. His cute interactions with his team, his mom, his existential crisis. Honestly I thought he would've been an interesting addition to the main cast, I didn't expect he'd die until Caine started talking.
There is a good chance we will see Gummigoo again, when he does pop back he'll probably wonder how he teleported XD.
or he'll have forgotten everything that happened
4:10 well I get what you mean I think it's more impactful when you put it in Pomni's perspective where she actually found someone she can relate to and have a bond with
The slow pacing in this episode was way too slow for me at least. It's really unfortunate because I loved the pilot and wanted to love this episode too but the pacing really hurt the episode for me. I think you're right with plot A and plot B and how neither were properly fleshed out, I definitely feel like maybe more focus on the Pomni and Gummy plot line and speeding things up a bit would have helped improve this episode but I could be totally wrong.
In my opinion, i wasnt too big of a fan compared to the pilot. There wasn’t many flaws to be honest, i just disliked it for some reason. The part with gummy-goo and pomni was the only real part that kept me hooked into the story. The kaufmo funeral was also really heartwarming. My overall rating is 6/10 👍
Felt like a filler episode
i guess we are all feeling this way about episode 2 because we put too much expectation in it . the first episode of most series look unique and ‘ better ‘ then the other episodes so that’s why
@@noom_daedI think it’s because we returned to the status quo and didn’t learn much. Basically, no progress other than Pomni realizing she can find comfort in the other players

Imo who tf cares about if it lives up to the hype. How about don’t hype shit up insanely and have insane high expectations.
I agree with you. While it was a good episode, i was rather disappointed with the abrupt ending and pacing. It felt like they wanted to tell more of a story but cut it short.
It sucked cause we spent this whole time with them having a emotional scene and then he’s just gone
If you ask me, the Pomni and Gummigoo moments were the best while the other characters' subplot was just fine if not didnt really do much
Pomni has a knack for making assets collision go nuts
Maybe she’s actually a virus, or brought one with her. I was also noticing that Pomni seems to be a magnet for weird glitches and glimpses behind the curtains, so maybe she’s accidentally breaking the game little by little.
I feel like most of the people missed the point of this episode. The second episode focused on feeling like you're not important to anyone
beginning of the episode: Pomni has a nightmare about how she is abstracting and others simply forget about her.
middle of the episode: gumigoo has a breakdown when he finds out that he is just an NPC. Pomni tries to comfort him because she knows what it's like to feel worthless. She also invites him to the circus to have any friend.
end of the episode: after caine gets rid of gumigoo, pomni thinks that she is alone again, but when she sees the other members of the circus organizing a funeral for kaufmo, she realizes that others that care about her and she is not alone
gumigoo appeared in the show as quickly as he disappeared from it because his main goal was to provide character development for Pomni, while Kaufmo's funeral was not supposed to be just a sad scene but a lesson (for Pomni and viewers) constituting a summary of the episode - there are people that care about you, even if you think otherwise
I feel like the end worked emotionally as the point wasnt to mourn Kafmo, the point was to show Pomni that shes not alone and that the others relate to their experiences.
I thought it was great T^T I love the song right before the credits so much
Jax having keys to so many things feeds into the theory that he might be an administrator.
Love how Caine is GOD
The point of the funeral wasn't to make a somber moment. It was to show that if Pomni died right then and there, she would be missed. It's another way of saying she's not nothing, as shown by the hands of her friends grabbing her as she fell down the hole. Pomni needed someone to tell her she was important after Gummigoo was killed off and proven to be disposable, and the funeral was a way to show that the other residents of the circus really do care about her, and she matters.
I absolutely hated Ragitha in this episode All of her lines felt so dry without an ounce of personality behind it, but that’s kind of all my only complaint
Speaking for yourself. All reactioners had a same reaction as pomni and they love gummigoo. And he had a screentime just he needed. He should be at first just un upstacle, and then suddenly character development, when he's out of map.
I wonder why Caine gave the Gummy Crocs a sympathetic backstory of needing the syrup for their village?
Why cant yall just LIKE stuff?
(But yeah the animation felt so weird to me aswell like I thought I was losing my mind)
"Why can't yall just LIKE stuff? Oh but besides that--"
Don’t say that, it’s art, and art can be discussed critically. If you liked it, that’s cool, but no artist would grow if we all just “liked stuff” and be quiet
@@plastic8417 I think they just meant that the youtuber is never satisfied with an episode of anything-
Because we aren't forced to eat everything and act like we like evey single thing, disliking stuff is normal and sometimes saying it will help it to improve.
To give a summary of episode 2 is the feeling of belonging and pomni coming to terms of being stuck in a computer but not alone
i love how we got more of a understanding of jax and gangle's dynamic, gangle was barely there in the pilot,im glad she got more screen time this time
I like characters when they’re suffering or having existential crisis :)
Dude, you got this video up already.that is just crazy.
I liked the pilot more than episode two
It’s supposed to be that the pilot is changed to the first episode, as established in that advertisement video a while ago.
To be honest, I never really loved the pilot, but I absolutely adored episode 2 of this show. It felt so much more mature and grounded to me and actually made me interested in the series as a whole. The scenes in the dev room and Pomni's character development really hit hard.
It was pretty good that there was a lot of clipping, though, not the gag clipping.
2:25 it’s because different parts are animated by different people with different skills
i REALLY hope that people realise that this is a good series. People hate on this because of the content farms, and they exist for children because the colours of the show are vibrant. Meanwhile cut to a show like murder drones made also by gooseworx and you cant see any lankybox videos there. Whats even worse is this this is inevitable and can happen to any indie show.
I have a strange feeling they are setting Jax up to die
I think this is the first time an animated show has made me sad when gummy died it just made me sad to see him realize his life was fake and then get killed
In my opinion, Jax was too much. Just, in general.
Chill out my guy, the episode hasn’t even being out a full 24 hours…😭
I just wish the pacing was slightly slower ngl
To me, it felt a bit empty but I liked it.
I was so devastated when gummi goo was proofed away!
Gummigoos death is like a cancelled Netflix original.
For entire episode i thought this episode serve as introduction to Gummigoo, you know how One Piece introduced main cast in the first bunch of episodes and later in next seasons. And then Cain just pressed the status quo button.
Dont worry Gooseworx confirmed that episode 3 will be dedicated to Zooble
one of the main cast turning out to be an npc is a devious idea for a twist, i love it, makes me want to go over each character again fo any clues to who it could be i will say that personaly such a reveal wouldint effect my view of a character, they are all programs, everyone is a program irl, we just run on cumputers made of meat instead of machines. so learning one of the cast is an npc wouldint make them any less "real" to me.
I liked pilot jax better
It’s the same character
@@moltenspaget4370 Not entirely.
In the first episode, the worst thing he did was push Kinger and Zooble down the hole, but he jumped down with them. He was continuing the adventure and getting them all away from abstracted Kaufmo.
In this episode, he was a lot meaner. He threw Pomni out of the moving truck, was going to shoot the gators, and let the Fudge into the town to eat the innocent townspeople.
It feels like Jax’s mentality is: none of this is real or matters, so why care about the consequences of your actions or the feelings of others.
It makes sense for him to act this way, but I prefer when he was a bit more restrained like in the first episode.
@@xeduskthough he definitely acts different he also looks different throughout this episode...I mean don't get me wrong, he is my favorite, with a love for violence...he gets a bit carried away...some parts were cute some parts were a "dude stop being a b---h" and some parts were relatable. He just....sometimes it seems maybe he would abstract next? He kind of seems he will get fed up with not having enough fun and going crazy. Or he might freak out on everyone and drive THEM crazy... he will be the last or the first. Maybe zooble since she (they?) Likes to go hide in her room, giving her plenty of time to think...or sleep...what if she gets visions? :o what if she sees an exit? :000
@@KayFurs Yeah, it seems like he needs these distractions more than everyone else.
@@KayFurs I think he’s being really immature cuz he’s going insane 😭
If I had to change the episode, I would only do the following:
- Give Gummigoo more screen time and a stronger emotional connection with Pomni.
- Once they get to the TADC, instead of Caine turning him into confetti, he could have turned him into a faceless and emotionless NPC. I think that would have added up to the tragedy of the circus.
I think it’s interesting how many times this episode calls attention to box collision glitches even at the very start when Pomni wakes up from her dream. Perhaps in a later episode Pomni will attempt to escape the circus in a similar way and get to the void again?
