I've been kind of following you for about a year... I've been surfing for over 40yrs. Didn't really start getting winded until my late fifties... Hawaii Eco divers( you tuber )says 4 in 4 out paddle breath pattern.for travel 2 in 2 out for sprint...You do 1 in 1 out.strong arm breathe out. For both. Both talk of oxygenating the blood... My old pattern was 1 in 3 out... I've been using your pattern for when I start to feel winded and it has been helping... I guess I just wanted to know your comments on what this expert diver surfer and his channel are offering as well. Seems like you have similar goals but different routes
