Can I just say that the color grading is amazing? This was clearly shot on a dreary fucking day, but the editor went in and made sure the colors still pop like nobody's business. Really helps sell the whole "a playful forest sprite is coming to kill you with a claw hammer" vibe

The dynamic range is reasonable, the lighting is soft, the shadows are almost all filled, and everything is lit with the same single huge softbox in the sky. So everything's the same color temperature, and the quality of lighting is almost studio-like.

And although I can't say I'm nostalgic for a time that my existence was even a forethought. I can say that this is a fantastic tribute to a time when rock'n'roll was in one of it's rawest forms. Wether you want to call this Metal or Stoner Rock it's just a sound you don't really hear often with newer bands. And although I can't say I'm nostalgic for a time that my existence was even a forethought. I can say that this is a fantastic tribute to a time when rock'n'roll was in one of it's rawest forms. Keep rocking out with your junk out boys you got yourself a new fan.
It's called Gnome-rock, or just Gnome in short. You know, as in, Do the Gnome, and then you go transforming something or play a kick ass riff or just space out a century.. 🤟
I think you've been missing out... there are hundreds of new great bands with playing whis sound and "genres"

Elder, fumanchu, truckfighters, red fang, 1000mods. That will give you a decent start for more.
