That being said, scope is not necessary for shuriken, the scalings will make weight more valuable in terms of damage. Scope is good on shuriken as a 3rd item where muscle and weight are locked in. No scope on surf is pretty grief, so put it on

Surf is a good move, just know when to use it. Considering Unite people spam attackers Greninja is amazing against them with surf. Ult+ plus auto, surf dead. Owl probably dead with just ult 😂. Water Shuriken is great as it does tons of damage.

I like muscle, focus, bagel for shuriken Greninja. Focus helps you clutch a lot of 1v1s. I have around a 65% wr on that build this season.

Since it adds flat hp it can be really solid on lower hp pokemon like gren, plus it works well with water shurikens healing

Each cookie stack adds like 200hp so fully stacked cookie adds like 1200hp and it will allow you to have more survivability

Not really. You are doing a lot of normal attacks so that's why muscle band is good. Charm works maybe with surf but not with shuriken
If ur playing surf maybe but yeah ur still gonna be doin a lot of autos
