    This is some of the best coaching on a video I can find. Realistic and legitimate and attainable basic technique that can be showcased on the elite level.

    The way he talks to these kids and coaches. It is perfect. It’s what kids need to grow and get tough

    Another first year coach here! I’ve been in wrestling for quite some time, but I have stepped into the Coach arena in seventh and eighth grade wrestling. This is a terrific video, and I am so grateful to have found it. So much incredible content, terrific coaching, I will need to watch this 1000 times!

    As someone who's just getting in wrestling, this is amazing stuff. I've learnt so much from watching this and can't wait to watch the rest of the stuff. Thank you.

    Thanks for uploading. When I'm looking for technique videos it's hard working with a minute or less length explanitions, it takes more than that to understand a move. You're a very good teacher.

    I'm adapting this to my BJJ. I already see a really nice setup for crucifix if I just let them get to my leg (or trap it myself) as I finish going behind. Thanks coach!

    I've got 8 year old twins just starting wrestling. I have almost zero knowledge of the sport. Your videos are incredibly informative and easy to follow.
    I think I am more excited for my boys to be wrestling than they are, and these vids will definitely be put to use so I can help them outside of their normal training sessions with their coach.

    Thank you, Jason! You're an amazing teacher. Do you have video on how to defend against a suplex, bear hug or arm drag? Or can you make one? Please.

    • @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom
      @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom  5 років тому +1

      Kaysar777 if someone suplexes or bearhugs you, things went wrong earlier. Stopping an arm drag from the feet is all about awareness; once you get hit with it a few times, you start to figure it out...

    I'm still a believer of the front headlock. I'm sure it's different for college wrestling, but at least with my experience I'm left with endless options from the position.

    Awesome content coach! Did you learn this series with the T-rex position while wrestling in high school and college? Or is it something you developed through your own experience?

    • @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom
      @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom  5 років тому +3

      leavemealone2006 my college coach was big on the near armpit go-behind, I’ve developed a system around that idea.

    Jason what would you do in a high crouch position when his hands are looked and you can’t step leg back

    • @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom
      @WrestlingTournamentsDotCom  5 років тому +2

      MrWARGODS keep him in the “bad angle” so that he can’t finish, and Have crack-down position as a stalemate resource.
