Ingredients:
To make 3 Quesadillas:
1 Chicken breast
1 Medium Onion
1 Bell Pepper
6 Tortillas
2 Cups Cheese
1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder

This was so yum! Loved all the flavours and the chicken spice rub especially! I added all the cooked ingredients on one side of the tortilla and folded it in half. Grilling it on a pan gives it a beautiful crunch on the outside.

Yeah what I did was I put one piece tortilla and then just fold it. Ingredients on just one side. It's easier ;)

I would say to just cut the onions and bell peppers smaller so they won't be too heavy and fall. It'll stick together better if they're smaller. Very good recipe. Thanks

How can I prepare them for tomorrow's lunch, but to actually just finish them for the lunch, so they are fresh. Can I put the ingredients between 2 tortillas, so the only step is baking on both sides?

To keep the veggies from falling out, you have to flip it quickly. I would also suggest putting the veggies away from the edges

Lol this made me laugh. If you have a grilling machine.. Like a George foreman machine.. Its an excellent cheat, quicker and no flipping needed :)
I’d say it required quiet some skill turning it over to the other side without spilling the stuffings!!!

there's really no reason to burn the seasoning, best to apply to cooked food, and the tortilla had already been cooked no need to burn it

What a nice video - for once things aren’t happening so fast that you can hardly keep up! And the music was a very nice touch, too. I can’t seem to get the flip right without half the veggies falling out. (In addition to chicken, I use chopped tomatoes, chopped zucchini, red onion and broccoli and serve sour cream and salsa on the side. Makes a pretty healthy meal.

I followed this for my wife and I tonight and we really enjoyed it. I think you can add any veggie you like where I added mushrooms, onion, bell pepper with the chicken.

I used this more as a guide. If you can grill the chicken do it! We have hot hatch chilis in season right now so I used that in the fajita mix. Topped with fresh pico and some sour cream. It's a easy recipe to pull out and with two chicken boobs I was able to feed my family of 6 easily.
So im accident prone. Don't wanna go into detail but how did you do that flawless flip without throwing the chicken and peppers everywhere ?😭
