Don't call it talent, with that one word you're taking away all the thousands of hours Ed put into his art to get to where he is now. This is pure passion and years and years of hard work. Talent is something you have naturally. Skill is something you acquire over lots of hours of work put into your craft. Talent only brings you so far, but it's Ed's drive to always improve his playing that got him here, and I think calling it talent is a slap in his face. Don't worry though. I totally know what you mean, Ed's performances always leave me in awe! :)
The simplicity of this acoustic version is what's captivating the most. When the instrumental is striped down, the lyrics are better understood and are given the opportunity to become more vibrant.

We played this at my wedding as fist dance. Started off with the fist part and then it turned into Rhianna’s version and our slow first dance went from tender to rock in’ it out and pulled everyone onto the floor. It was magic.
