I have to agree with Tim. Part of the battle is starting small and building yourself up. I went from being chunky, eating crap all the time to learning to work out, losing the weight, and then working on my eating habits. The gym was tough to begin with but I've been at it getting on 7 years. I eat better. And I took up judo. I want to encourage and help people who were the way I was.

Come on people, shut up and enjoy Mark Callaway, after 30 years of The Undertaker.
Thank you guys. This episode really helped me a lot. Especially the part about choosing to do something hard and not being afraid to fail. Right now I've been having a hard time making changes in my life. I'm working extra hours at work to save up money to move my family out of NYC to the Midwest to provide a better life for them. It's scary because if I fail in this it'll affect them but I'm trying to power through it. Also, as a type-2 diabetic I'm trying to lose weight and get in shape. I've already changed my diet and I reached out to Stevie Richards who has been helping me with a 12 week workout program. Yeah, my body is feeling the pain but I really want to get in shape to see my daughter grow up. Undertaker is my all-time favorite wrestler. I started watching wrestling in 1989 and I never miss an episode of this podcast. I love the format of this show and as I said above, this episode really helped give me a boost in confidence to power through and meet my goals.

You don’t generally think of the Coast Guard as being high speed operators, but they’re doing real world stuff all the time. They do drug interdiction with helicopters in the Caribbean, intercepting high speed boats. They use a Barrett .50 to shoot the engine block out of a moving boat from a moving helicopter. Some of those guys can really shoot.
As a life long fan, I always felt that part of Undertakers success was his ability to bolster his own image. Whether it be the way he poses in pictures, or even the way he presented his kneel in the most iconic, memorable way. I was always curious as to how Mark came up with this imagery in his head; if he has inspiration, or if it was off the cuff. ie: the double hand pose, where it looks like he’s holding a small globe. Would he be able to explain this on the pod? Or maybe even fans could reply.

Hey, my name is Tim and I am a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the state of West Virginia. I have been a big wrestling fan for years and the biggest fan of Taker's. I was listening to the podcast where your co-host mentioned about driving to WV, just to do it. West Virginia people are some of the nicest people in the country. Hard working, blue collar and very passionate. One of my favorite Undertaker moments was when he and Paul Bearer attempted to embalm Stone Cold alive. The image of Paul Bearer positioning stone cold hands on the table was priceless. I'm sure you get these kind of messages all time from actual Funeral directors but I would like to invite you to West Virginia. I currently work in a funeral home in Grafton West Virginia. Grafton is known for one of the longest running memorial Day parades in the country and was the birthplace of Mother's Day. How often would it be to do a remote podcast from an actual Funeral Home. Something to think about.
I love mark im glade he doesnt let his WWE fame get into his head and im so happy that he wants to normal just like the rest of us. People all he wants to do is go to walmart and let him be normal person. Let the UNDERTAKER have his space in walmart. I love the podcast its amazing tim you doing amazing job. Dont let anyone ealse tell you any diffent.
Good lord, I don't even know how to share this, but I love this podcast that makes a forum to do it! I'm soon to be 41, and the Taker persona kinda saved my life at times as a gay guy! I saw my first Taker matches as a kid on what I'm pretty sure were Saturday vs. Papa Shango or Kamala. The Majesty of the gimmick was so cool to me as a kid, but I never kept up with it cause I didn't control the TV, lol Then comes 97'-ish, and I see pre to post Ministry Taker, and it was a bit of a life saver. I was 6'2", 220lbd freshman year of high school with crappy lower income clothing, but was still getting a bit bullies on the bus. My response was just to go into deadman mode. I just glared and remained silent to their bullshit, and sure as shit it worked, lol. Size and silence speaks volumes! 20+ years later, I'm at a hotel tripping on acid with my ex and a buddy... ... ... yeah. My EX invited some friends over that he went to prison with. One of which just had to prove that he was the biggest badass ever. IE: the smallest dick. All this talking is going on, and I'm just laying on the far bed in silence, eyes closed, basically meditating this conversation away so my trip doesn't turn south. Then I hear the voice of the biggest dude, of the three, and he says "You know who I wouldn't ever fuck with? This guy over here! He hasn't said shit!" I opened my eyes and he was pointing at me. I just said up straight up "I'm just tryin' to chill..." He laughed his ass off, and then continued to convince the rest of them to just let me chill. So there's two instances where taking on the Taker persona may have saved my ass! lol. Also I got the Taker symbol tatted on my arm as a reminder as to how you should rise up from a beat down. Even 6'10" 300lb zombie wizards can be laid down at times. The important thing, is that you get back up. Even more important is that they see it. Even more important than is that you do it in a way the FUCKING TERRIFIES them because they know both that THEY did it, and YOU know who they are, and will NOT stay down! This is my TED Talk, lol
*Contradicting your own beliefs as you narrate a story.* Gentlemen, as a conservative and christian man, I politely suggest you really listen to what you say and compare it to what you say you believe in, because they are far from the same thing. God bless, love the wrestling stories!
The demonising isn’t caused by those with the desire to be the best. The demonising is those that are bad sports to others & walk around needing to prove to every Nanna on the street how good they are. The people who Act like the Heels that are acted as in wrestling
Right, and we're in a time we're every keyboard warrior jumps on the band wagon. So, one or two bad sports becomes every one has toxic masculinity traits. It's ridiculous and immature
From where I stand, what's getting demonized is the bullying of the locker room. Healthy rivalry and competition hasn't been demonized. When it comes to participation trophies, it wasn't the millennial children asking for them. It was their gen X parents babying them with those trophies.
I dont have any connection to Wrestling and just wat jed a bit of UFC because of doing BJJ and seing how profesionals doing it. Found this podcast because of the funny clips, i really didnt expect them talking about furrys so much. Its really fun

Grafton is known for one of the longest running memorial Day parades in the country and was the birthplace of Mother's Day. How often would it be to do a remote podcast from an actual Funeral Home. Something to think about.
great episode
I love watching Tim talking about the fast food you can see how he was controlling himself cause of how much he was bouncing his leg
The hunting story with that animal sitting up multiple times is hilarious. It’s like when the undertaker would get hit with finishers, but then sit up
I love mark im glade he doesnt let his WWE fame get into his head and im so happy that he wants to normal just like the rest of us.
The Majesty of the gimmick was so cool to me as a kid, but I never kept up with it cause I didn't control the TV, lol
Then comes 97'-ish, and I see pre to post Ministry Taker, and it was a bit of a life saver.
I just said up straight up "I'm just tryin' to chill..."
He laughed his ass off, and then continued to convince the rest of them to just let me chill.
Tim was great, as always, but those product promo spots were brilliant 😅
This will be fun
Stepping it up Boy's. 👍
We gotta see Sting on this podcast it will break well over a million on here.
Thank you Mark
YOU HAVE TO CHOP THESE UP IN TO 4MINUTE CLIPS A PIECE!
The blue chew ads are hilarious 😂
Let's go Maven! Let's go Maven! Let's go Maven!
Top notch. Love it
Opening lines hahaha I workout while listening level up lol
I love how tim never brings up the fact he was hooking and grabbing onto yoel Romero's glove when he rocked Romero during the fight
Good podcast ...undertaker looks like my buddy Chris West
Good people here on this podcast , Taker is so well liked too , ok Mark is lol
From where I stand, what's getting demonized is the bullying of the locker room. Healthy rivalry and competition hasn't been demonized.
When it comes to participation trophies, it wasn't the millennial children asking for them. It was their gen X parents babying them with those trophies.
Matt rocking those flops manZ 😂🖤🌟👌
I agree with Taker time to be more ruthless than last time.. shoutout Greg Doucette
I dont have any connection to Wrestling and just wat jed a bit of UFC because of doing BJJ and seing how profesionals doing it. Found this podcast because of the funny clips, i really didnt expect them talking about furrys so much. Its really fun
this episode was a bit aggressive and weird for my taste but was a good listen, to know what people inspired you are like on chill out ambient
This has the potential to be the biggest and best wrestling podcast ever and we’re getting dog shit generic interviews with randoms. Literally just want undertaker telling stories. The fuck is this?
