Love it and thanks for the ride, it was awesome. I will definitely own one of these. I graduate college in a year and this will be one of my first buys for working so hard for four years. Great music too, I have that same cd
I was on my way home from work last week, I was on the highway. I saw a T Rex go flying by while being chased by a Mazda or something. They were going at least 80 and swerving through traffic.
I was just thinking maybe some noise canceling headphones like beats or something so you can hear the music at the same time canceling the outside noise. Just a thought.
@hunt794 actually, 1000cc motors were only avail the first year these machines were produced. second year Trex had 1100's then 1200 and now the current models have 1400cc motors
DUDE, I just bought one!!! With an Aero 3s kit on it and I am BESIDE myself!!! Cant F##### wait 'til it gets here in about a week and a half!!! I'm looking to network with others in my area that might have one. Any advice? I'm in Denver CO
"I want something thats loud and obnoxious as a motorcycle, yet big enough where I have about as much freedom as driving a Honda Civic, that way I get the worst of both worlds" Then boy do I have the T-Rex/Can-Am for you!
I like how everyone is talking shit about your driving, acting like they're a professional T-Rex track day racer when none of them have a T-Rex. bunch of losers. Anyway cool video man, everyone will be jelous and hate. Badass machine, will own one soon!
Sometimes the reverse clutch wears out prematurely and when switching from 1st to reverse with their proprietary gear box, it has a hard time catching the clutch plate if the notches are worn.
I imagine that having a 1000cc motorcycle engine (they have 100cc engines, have they?) and weighting so low, this vehicles are fast enough accelerating. But my question is if these T-REXs are godd at cornering. How they compare at corners against a typical 4-wheel RWD car like for example a Honda S2000?
Actually, yes it is necc. because the airbox is litterally inches from ur head and the engine is just a few inches behind that. Its not a 100% necessity but it would improve the enjoyabilty by a lot.
You still have the rex?maybe we can link up and ride,i also live in atlanta,i own a green 05 rex,i had it for about 2 years but barely ride it,is no fun riding alone, let me know if you want to link up some time and ride.
@ystyyhymhtn I did mis-shift once. but the rest is what shifting sounds like normally. remember these things are very much like a go cart. no power-anything, no traction control, etc
Me and my cousin built a trex from scratch in are garage were going to sell it for 15,000 look me up on Facebook austin fisher i got a video of it doing a burn out it's got a honda 600 motor in it
All I can say is awesome. Thanks for the ride.

Hey do you still have this T. Rex because that thing is cool
T.House I still have one, yes.
You should play that song, "I go 2 miles an hour so everybody sees" by Ludacris when your in a parking lot.
Cool car, I see advertisements for them in my car magazines. Is it really that loud so it is necessary for you to wear ear plugs?
cool video wish it was sunny out
The engine is right behind my head and the air intake is directly above my head. Just makes driving it more enjoyable.

Then boy do I have the T-Rex/Can-Am for you!
Great Video by the way.

Donnie Cahill me to lol
I would be scared to drive it, because it's so low to the ground.
I would get sooo many speeding tickets in that thing...
Im going to buy one soon
Sounds like your grinding gears!!!
Sometimes the reverse clutch wears out prematurely and when switching from 1st to reverse with their proprietary gear box, it has a hard time catching the clutch plate if the notches are worn.
Also what do you do for a living, I want one of these when I get old enough!
When you riding what do you do when it starts raining?

honestly, you get use to it fast.
this thing is BAD ASS
dude awesome video, nice weaving on the hwy. About how fast were you going?
Is this in Canada?
did you change ur exhaust on it ??
cool vid brotha
Yea bro, gotta pick which speed bumps to go over.... not fun sometimes when u gotta park far away from where you wanna be
is ther a reverse on tis thing?
isn't this in Gwinnett?
Actually, yes it is necc. because the airbox is litterally inches from ur head and the engine is just a few inches behind that. Its not a 100% necessity but it would improve the enjoyabilty by a lot.
wait can it come in automatic or does it have to come in stick?
wow I like this
It is sequential like a motorcycle. Very simple
It's a sequential gear box, upshift/downshift. It really isn't hard to drive a manual.
Is this Canada? It looks kinda familiar for some reason
Sweet

Can't imagine how it would handle speed bumps lol
I want to get one but still don't understand how to use the gearbox
Cool
Awesome vid guy
You need to race something for next vid...
How much are these?
i heard something strange when you gear down......

Do you still have the trex ?

@ystyyhymhtn I did mis-shift once. but the rest is what shifting sounds like normally. remember these things are very much like a go cart. no power-anything, no traction control, etc
Lmao how u keep a straight face driving that
Hey I heard that they passed the law that you don't need a motorcycle license for this T. Rex now is that true
That is true in all except 2 states I believe. It's insured as a cycle car.
Just recent changed out sprockets and chain. Runs much smoother now...lost a lot of the clunkiness
yep...from what i watch last time u have to put into first gear then reverse..
How much horse power brother
max km/h?
@donnie thanks brother
1200 or 1400??
Love mine
Try to be slow when putting it in 1st,no need to down shift hard
These things are cool as fuck like the areo 3 is even cooler just think these trike's are well over priced
Looks like a sucky day 2 go for a drive
i know exactly where that is...
yeah engine and all is from kawaski..
stereo??
first u get ur motorcycle license...if i read correctly on their website u need one for these..
theres no speed limit where you live??
Wind in ur eyes. That sound about right?
That comment makes me laugh so hard because you just don't know. Be glad you don't know, then you would just be envious and jealous.
and what year??
ATL!!!!!!!!!!!
How is this thing on gas? and insurance
2.5 Gallon Tank with about 32 mpg. Insurance varies upon state but in Florida mine is less then 100 month full coverage with other vehicles.
did he clutch down or not
1 up and 5 down
HOW MUCH?
Why ear plugs?
LOL who needs a cd-player.. :D
Head home.
