LEGO used to think they could just put in minimal effort and nobody would notice. This is why if you look at how they were doing as a company at the time you'll notice that the years with the most half assed stuff is the years they almost went under.

Your varactyl, Boga, is missing its feet. The piece used for the feet is gray and it’s sort of a highly modified 2x2x2 plate with three claws on one side.
Also it’s missing one saddle piece

The dianoga is actually a female named Omi. In Legends, she was actually Force sensitive and could sense that Luke had the Force, so she hugged him. The rancor also has a name: Pateesa.

The first Sarlac wasn't the one you said, the first was from the first Jabba Sail Barge set. The set number is 6210.
Just a couple things I noticed; the 2012 sarlaac pit was not the first one, there was a 2006 sail barge that came with a version of it plus the original Jabba. Additionally, the reptile monster that obi wan rides is missing grey feet pieces attached to the bottom of the legs.

We NEED an AOTC set with a big Acklay! The other 2 arena beasts would be cool too but the Acklay is by far the best imo.

By the way, only its head is an exclusive mold. The other pieces were used for Lego dinosaurs before.

There is also the microfighters dewback, and some small things, like a snake and a sea star.
for some reason I just love the Luggabeast... it probably my favorite creature from the new Star Wars.
for my Lego Luggabeast, I made the head build slimmer, and used the dark blue color instead of the azure... except the printed eyes, but they actually look fine. and I made Teedo’s legs short, added BB-8 caught in the net!

The frog wasn't transparent, but it went in a transparent box for ssome reason.

Maybe the Wampa is a Yet I named Wampa, and is a monster from the Monsters university universe, the base at hoth was the door and they banished him. Star Wars and Monster's Inc connected, BOOM! Therory!

Whats crazy is the 1999 and up sets I recognize the toy sets. I remember walking through toy stores always looking at them but never asking. Too much money. But wow that nostalgia rush.
Porg is adorable
They really ought to do a Tusken Raider Ambush set with a broken landspeeder, beat-up C3-PO, hidey-hole RD2D, Old Ben Kenobi, knocked out Luke, 2 Tusken Raiders, and a Bantha.
That just sounds like the perfect Tatooine set outside of the Mos Eisley Cantina or Jabba's Palace being remade for a 3rd time.
I say a new Boga, or General Grievous's pet Gor from Star Wars the Clone Wars in the episode liar of Grievous.

The first sarlaac pit came out in 2006 with Jabba’s Sail Barge. You did not even include it! How did you forget that one? You guys are usually really good at that stuff.

The Rat was found in at least the T16 Skyhopper set and you forgot that a frog mold was found in Jabba's Hookah in the 2012 Palace set and a grey Snake mold was in what I wanna say was 2017 SandSpeeder set. That set had the snake under a moisture farming pipe attached to a rock, and the set went for $29.99 retail msrp and was in the states as a Target Exclusive.
The sarlac pit came out once before the 2012 one, in the 2006 jabbas sail barge

I am mainly a Jurassic World fan but I have smaller versions of some of these, a squid from the Death Star set, porgs and mynocks.

You're missing the feet on Boga. I love Star Wars creatures and I wish I had more of these. I'm glad I at least have the Rancor and Varactyl as those are 2 of my all-time favorites. A Bantha is long overdue and I think we might be getting a Fathier later this year if rumors are true.
