I would like to say thank you for everything you do I've been watching all of your videos and found them so helpful ,one thing I would like to add is when you go to buy supplements try and find out where they are sourced from a lot of them say Made in the USA but they are sourced from other countries if you email the company they will tell you where they come from I really don't have any problem with supplements coming from other countries but I don't want any to come from China as we know their standards are very low and not regulated well.
I'd love to hear or have a list of the supplements that are good on the market. My problem is finding the good brands out there Or which is better quality than others.

Going to be buying your bone broth soon! So excited! I also am wondering what are your thoughts on someone who is thin already having bone broth? I also wonder what are your thoughts on the new drink called AG1? And can bone broth be taken with other supplements or other collegens out there? Don't want to overdose lol
My biggest question of all, what are your thoughts on the champagne of milk called Kefir? My father in law has lost 40 lbs on it and had lots of stomach issues. Would love to know your thoughts on it as it has more prebiotics than anything out there I know of when you make it at home. Some people have even been healed from Chrone's disease drinking it.

I am not married to a specific brand. As for the amount, I generally recommend somewhere in the ballpark of 500mg for sleep.
Hello dr Kellyann! I seen a video a few days ago about a new suppliment you just put out, that puts good bacteria in the gut, and helps lose weight. Now I am unable to find it again to purchase it.

Does brands mattter? because I've been buying Spring Valley and Nature Made supplements from Walmart. Please help!!
Oh and equate products too. They're less expensive but that doesn't always mean they work.
I'm not married to any certain brand. I recommend finding a brand that works well with your body!
