I would recommend using a Mr. Buddy propane heater. They make a smaller one that mounts on top of the 1lb propane tank. Has tip over and low oxygen safeties to shut it down in case of an emergency. Used them for years.

Thank you for pointing out the shortcomings of our products. We have also noticed this problem and have corrected it. The recent snowstorm in the United States has affected everyone's lives. I hope our products can help. We have more types of air heaters. If any of the audience wants to try it. We are willing to offer discounts. If you have the same problem, we will provide good after-sales service.👍

You so lucky Shinn, that snow was pretty deep I guess you didn’t under estimate the shadow cause that truck plowed through that soft snow no problem. Shame your heating system didn’t work. But backup are always good. Baby Chloe is growing so nicely she is becoming aware of things all around her. I saw how she looked at the snow couldn’t take her eyes off of it. Katie is doing a great job as a first time mommy. Congratulations on your anniversary . Liked the music you used especially the blues piece. See y’all soon ❤️🌹✌🏽

Definitely a need for an adventure van especially if you plan on bringing family into the Great Snowy Outdoors. I recommend a dually Box Van on a F450 diesel! Beautiful baby don't listen to other parents as time flys by so fast many will try to relive all their missed moments. ....I have a 33yr. old that won't talk to me and a 5-9 180lb 13yr. old that only communicates in emojis. Back window little down and a board with a hole in it in between. Hose to the tent. Simple fast setup. You can also insulate the car windows. Heat up the cab and the tent. Also you can pre heat your engine. Best regards from the Nederlands, Europe.

I’ve been winter camping for a few years now and I’m happy I’m building a micro camper. I may not be able to go 100% of the way in, but 85% is great when you have a heater, AC and insulation to keep you going. I hope to start building my cabin and this is a nice way to park and live while building. Pre-built is my dream, but I’ll live with a hunters camp for now until we see what happens with the housing market early next year... not a good time to switch unless you move laterally. Keep up the good content and stay safe! Hope to have some vids as my projects progress!

A couple tips to increase the diesel heater efficiency when you get it working or a new one. Add a return duct from the tent to the cold air intake side of the heater and pickup an insulated duct. I was shocked at how much temperature drop I had from the heater to the tent, ~6ft run, with a non-insulated duct and 0F temps.

Troubleshoot the heater. is the fuel line/pump clogged? Forget the remote, use the panel to test. Then put new batteries in the remote. I used my same heater last winter for 3 months straight in michigan. Like on, never shut it off. then I just turned it on a few weeks ago and it fired up like a champ. The Wabastos are terribly overpriced!

After several years as an infantry soldier at Ft. Lewis back in the 90s, your rooftop digs didn't seem that bad! You could still make a video and the wind just does that if you're lucky enough to have a shelter. My newly purchased 2010 FJ Cruiser, also Army Green, is something I may purchase a rooftop tent for. Believe what happened is your hose initially not being hooked up fried your fuel pump on the heater. I'd ask for a complete replacement and look it over for mistakes now that you're familiar with the workings.

Hey Edward - do you ever feel like the interior of the tundra is lacking in a lot of ways? Lack of charging ports, cup holders, etc? Or does it feel adequate most of the time?

Perhaps use a 12 volt heating pad for a car pad to keep you warm. Place it in your sleeping bag.
