Was glad to see Tucker put on long sleeves when he finished tacking and started serious welding. My brother after 50 some years of welding with exposed arms and v neck shirts now goes to the doctor every 6 months to get the next crop of small skin cancers removed. Wasn't really thought of when we were young, these days we know more about the effects. I hope, you constantly remind him to cover up, youths tend to think they are invincible till it is to late.
yes definitely and he should hav a ventilator helmet for fumes wish i had one back in the day 😢wouldn't hav the problems i hav now 😢
There is a reason for protective welding jackets, Clint never protects himself either
There is a lot of stuff where ,,unfortunately in hindsight,, we found out the risks and medical issues. Lets not forget the country s where people are still forced to work unsafe and without personal protective gear.
Merry Christmas to Kevin from England, looking forward to seeing the video of all the presents we have sent him. 📦📦📦🎁🎁🎁
You really need to get your son a welding respirator setup. Breathing all the fumes from welding will affect his lungs and cause damage to his breathing later in his life..
When C&C is doing custom fabrication, everything else in my word comes to a screeching halt!
Shhhh! Clint and the crew are making stuff outta nothin’ It’s magic! 😊
You spiled the beans in the last video '
Kevin’s tee shirt “Santa I can explain” tickled me! Enjoyable video. Thanks for posting. 🇬🇧👍👍
That`s the first, "That`s what she said..." joke that I have heard on the channel and I`ve been watching for a fair while now.... = )
dirt perfect truck bed
I guess Clint and his crew have a very good taste in music - because they know all about heavy metal. 😁🤟
I think that will fit a Ford Ranger.
Kevin Kevin Kevin safety glasses son.
Great job 👍🏽 treat Tucker to a small welding stool on wheels and some kneeling mats, my mate is waiting for a new knee after to many years of kneeling on the ground.
Worth looking after yourself from day one 👍🏽
Go Tucker Go ,,Ya! Coffees on guys!! Here we goooo! ya! Cheers!;-)!
Great video, Clinton and crew. That’s gonna be a nice flat bed for one of those big trucks you have sitting on your lot, that’s my guess what it going on lol. Your son is already one heck of a welder. No way but up for him. Can’t wait for the next video on this build. Stay safe and thanks for sharing!!
Hard to imagine what you plan on carrying on a bed
Iike that
Thanks 👍
I thought it was going to be roll-off version of the giant tow truck until they built exhaust into it.. That would make it harder to tilt.
Great video Clinton and Kevin, get a huge kick out of Tucker who doesn’t like the camera Dad…. One hell of a great welder already who is own worst critic, learned from the best I’m thinking. What ever this flat deck is going on will be a tough Son of a gun looks very beefy….
HET true heavy duty flatbed!
Hmm! Id say it's going on a bfat! And that kid is going to be a welding master! I bet his shop teacher is like hey kid teach me some stuff! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Kevin's Super Clamping Power!!!! ... 🤣 Oh boy..is Matt's army truck getting a new bed??
Clint, you should be proud and I am sure you are. You raised a couple fine young men. 👍👍
Tucker is an outstanding welder!! Flatbed is looking great.
🤣every time i see kevin and the big boss i am only smiling.
👍🏻👍🏻 because one is never enough 🤛🏻🤛🏻
You're making some dirt perfect stacks.
square but not at the DP angle
@@warrenmichael918 Yup, DP would have them set at a 45 degree
These are Limited Edition Sausage Fingers stacks - the real deal 💪
Well to get people mad that don't fully know the story on DP stacks Logger Wade was the one that came up with the idea just DP was able to make them first on his truck.
back 1/2 short truck
What a great place to work, you certainly didn’t tick the box labelled “fkn around” when it comes to having the right gear!! I bet there’s a few quids worth of steel there ! Well done guys, all the best from the UK.
You guys would be lost if Tucker wasn't such a decent welder. The young man will go far.
Your entire family gives me hope that Great Companies will be successful and profitable. God Bless You All 🙏 ❤️
I love when Tucker say's not bad with a weld?? I like that Because and Good/Great Welder is NEVER satisfied !! Even when it's perfect to others ! But Never Be Too Proud !!
Poetry in motion boys, poetry in motion. Getting that steel up on the bed.
And Chris at the end …nice surprise what is he buying???👍💥💥💥😁😁
Keep learning Tucker. You are an awesome teenager. The world of hands-on learning needs more teenagers like you that are not staring into a video screen all day and are not afraid to get their hands dirty, mess up their hair or sweat. I learned a long time ago to not wear lace up shoes welding or cutting. Ouch! You're a tougher man than I am. lol
👍🏻👌🏻💯
I’m guessing the fire truck 🚒
Probably for the Fire Truck !!!!
The real Star of The show is those sawhorses
That was really enjoyable. Excellent work. I think the bed is going on the monster military truck.
I have a sneaky suspicion this new bed will be for that Red mystery truck sitting in the North Forty of your yard Clint. That's my story...and I'm stickin' to it. 😊😊
OJT Tucker, priceless!!!💪👍🇺🇸
Awesome effort Tucker.
It put a smile on my face to see that Alro Steel truck sitting in your yard is Alro Steel is headquartered in Jackson Michigan where I live and also home of aeroquip reusable fittings that fit most equipment
I think you mentioned it in one of your walk around videos that you were going to build a big flatbed for one of the HET's. But then again that could have been a tease. LMFAO 🤣😆
love Tucker’s humility on his welds, seriously.
kevin's dance party all you need s a disco ball hanging from the center of the fan and some tunes and go to town lol
You guys have all the cool toys
Great videoTucker the master welder
Hey look it Andrew favorite building material. 👷♂️
My guess is a surprise dump body for Captain Kleemans ford dump truck build.
Clinton and Kevin awesome video! That’s a lot of steel! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Nice looking Job Fellas.
Roll off deck for one of those big trucks!
I'm with you brother...yea hit the nail on the head...blindfolded
Yea and l saw it when l saw the diamonds plates on the floor. Like a light bulb 💡.
Big green truck 🚛
I can remember when the stockholders would give a discount if you could take long stock - plate up to 24ft - now the *£$$%& so & sos charge extra for everything. My mate used to knock a 20 - 24ft flatbed lorry body in a week from his very cramped shop - starting opposite to you, i.e. plate on the floor and building up the cross members on top and once fully welded go through an unbelievable performance to turn them over by hand operated chainblocks. Though he's the same as me - over 70 but still working - he's given the big stuff the elbow in favour of smaller items for thermoplastic roadmarking - some of which has made it to the States.
Thank you for sharing, another video, i like everyone of your project 👍👍👍👍
I’m thinking this is for a parade float… maybe a fire truck 🚒 😊
The flatbed is going on the HGT parked along the fence making it a very unique heavy duty truck. I remember you sharing that info during your end of the year inventory video. Great video Clint.
It will work on what you built it for that for sure 👍😎🇺🇸 NY
Firetruck would be cool.
Nice of Chris to give others a lift. The intimidation level for Tucker has to be there. Clinton is extra good at everything. He's doing fantastic though.
Very nice! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Kevin holding down the diamond plate reminded me of something we had at work. Greenlee had a tool box factory in Louisville. In the larger boxes we had a small gal that would jump inside and push the sides tight as the welder would weld. At another factory Swenson Spreader that I worked at for a while, there was a guy that got inside the big V boxes (that hold salt for plow trucks) and held down the side plates with his foot as the welder on the outside welded them to the longitudinals. Human weld fixtures.
Anything I owned from Greenlee was good 👍
Thanks Guys TOP KNOTCH WORK 129K looking good!!!
Tucker does a good job on welding. Steel bed is for an army truck with 6 wheels on the back .
In this video ua-cam.com/video/4RqwgFLiH-E/v-deo.html it was mentioned at 15:20
Tucker would benefit with having a Welding Helmet with Air Purifying Respirator outfit. It would save his lungs with how long he has been welding breathing in all those welding fumes. You only get one set of lungs, Tucker needs to look after his.
Looks great
I liked the white and black of the wrecker if you are painting
Nice job been heavy equipment tech for 30 years done my share of fab work looking good..did I see uncle Scott working in the shop .hope for him yet..a few more times he can have his man card back.lol...
Don’t care what the flat bed goes on, just fun watching the fabrication process, and listening to Kevin, and listening to Kevin, and did I mention listening to Kevin!!! Was Kevin ever left Home Alone On Christmas? Might help splain some things ya know! 😂😂😂😂😂 Thanks for the tag along video, nice fab job, enjoyed watching.
Fantastic 😊😊😊😊😊
Clinton,
Re: that time-lapse footage of Tucker welding up the bed frame.., i was waiting for the sun to fade away in the background thru the open shop door, and the black of night upon the shop, and the lone spark of light, being poor Tuckers welding the only light…, hahaha…!
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Nice video! Love the joking and kidding--Kevin is a heck of a good worker.
What I really enjoy is when Mrs. C comes up and see's all that new steel in the shop and the eye roll--and thinking --How Much?
My Wife used to be the same way years ago when we had a small business...
hello c& c equipment & it's is randy and i like yours video is cool thanks c& c equipment friends randy
C&C custom metal fabricating shop is open for business! Great job C&C crew! Take care and I’ll see ya down the road…
Definitely going on the shawty.
You are good bossman..Defiantly a pro......
I think the video was on the short side. When you said its getting a little long I looked and didn't even realize that it was 49 min already. Really enjoy your custom fab video's Clint. Thanks for sharing the craft once again.
Going to be one fancy weld truck. My guess. Also, will someone please get Mr. Tucker a blue welding coat for Christmas? Thank you.
I see you. Got Special K on the job
Love that kind of videos Clint and love your crews .God Bless .
Rather impressive!
Very Nice Welds Tucker!
Another great fabrication video Thanks
Fire Truck
great build, can't wait to see you install it on one of those big army trucks, your son has impressive skills 👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍
You're going to make a box truck, and it is going on one of the big HET trucks.
Looks good😊
Coolest! Thanks for posting! 👌👍
Nice bed for the HET
It's for one of the big 6 wheel army trucks!
I like videos like this. Metal fabrication like this is cool. Please do more videos like this.
For the fire truck Don
Flatbed is for one of your military trucks.
Bloody hell , thats going to be one heavy body ,,
Forklift pulling the long channel out - running into metal with a tire (almost) - I slit a tractor back tire in the field on a long chunk in the weeds. Rats had to buy 2 back tires to replace the one. Crazy. Stocking. Crazy driver. 🙂 Humm - winter - working on a truck cab in the shop might need a long trailer. Hard to figure.
Lots of work and still make affordable... wishing the best to all
I lked the T-shirt
Awesome video guys I know the bed going on the army truck.
Either way it's gonna be Sweet
Some day an overhead crane would be a blessing.
nice bit of fabrication work what ever the project is takes me back to my engineering days we made sparkless cranes for oil rigs in the north sea and dockside stevador cranes in england
Look good thanks
Definitely going on a HET
Going on the fire truck
ah good ol structural steel! i work at a steel mill.
Great job guys! My guess is after working on one of those firetrucks for 33 years it’s going on the firetruck! Good choice, because those trucks are usually well-maintained, and low mileage!
Nice work.
I really like this one keep it up.thanks
Some Fireball Mega and Monster squares would have been handy on this build !!!! Nice job guys 🔥
