It used to be a great city; I know - I was born and grew up there in the 60s and 70s. Now it's a globalised hellhole. This park looks pretty enough, but the indigenous people have largely been driven out of their own city and there are now huge swathes of the place I wouldn't go to in the daytime, let alone after dark. Still, the transnational oligarchs have done well on real-estate deals, and the City of London will gladly launder the filthiest money, so I suppose some people are happy.
