I would love for a scene in the next Sonic movie with Tails getting so enraged and pulling a gun on either Shadow or Eggman (if Jim Carrey returns) while Sonic tries to calm down Tails telling him that if he pulls the trigger then he’d be no better than Shadow/Eggman. After a few moments of an intense stand off and Sonic trying to talk Tails out of shooting Shadow/Eggman, Tails pulls the trigger and shoots into an inanimate object off to the side. I know it’s out of character for Tails to do that but that’s why I think it would be an awesome scene. And besides, we saw in Sonic 2 that Tails has at least one very powerful gun.
i really loved the megaman comics and then they made them even better with that world collide event. i mean there is literally no better evil duo than Archie comics Eggman and Dr. Wily. in fact one of my favorite thing is, when bad guys in different universes come together and give our heroes initial hard times.

The Archie Comics were... weird. They started off as an acid trip and then evolved to be Sonic the Soap Opera. Needless to say they were not exactly great, though they did introduce a lot of newer fans to the SatAM characters which is always a plus (even if those characters were not always depicted the best).

I don't know much about IDW but from what I've heard it's generally been of higher (albeit fairly flawed) quality.
