I have something practically identical to this but since my bed frame is not a standard metal frame but is instead a wooden style frame I don't believe that the safety strap is going to fit since the box spring kinda sits recessed within the frame itself. I'm probably going to have to put the safety strap around the mattress rather than the box spring.
Great video! Thank you so much for posting🙏 Very easy to follow and great information to help me choose the right bedrail for my mother who just fell out of her bed a few weeks ago. Kindest regards, Drew
Thank you for creating these videos! Wish I had them back when I was doing home health but then again, I don't think there was much of an Internet back then. Do you have a video already created of how folks with Limited cardiac endurance can make a bed? I have a friend who is a retired nurse who changes her sheets frequently and insists on making beds with "nurses corners." When she is having weakness from chemo and Friends are asked to make the beds for her it is usually older folks who have limited endurance as well. Personally, I would just leave the sheets untucked but that isn't satisfactory for her. In my crazy dreams I think about using a transfer board as a lever arm but that is way too complicated. Any suggestions? Even using fitted sheets can be strenuous because sometimes they are very hard to tug over the last corner. Thanks, retired OT in Virginia.
Can you choose which direction the extension will move. Facing mattress I want to install at top left and slide right, is this something you set during assembly?
Just ordered a nice one from Walmart online delivered to our home in two days, 49 dollars plus delivery. This is a God sent. Please get the word out.
Thanks for making the video. The product is working. A tool is required to tighten the lug.

You’re welcome! I’m sorry your mother fell 🙁 I hope a bed rail keeps her from falling again!

How do you measure so the rail goes down to the floor all the ones I bought don’t clear the floor

Hi,
My mattress is 8 inches thick, would the EZ bed rail still work for me?
Does anyone know where I can find a bed rail for an adjustable bed?
One of the few I know of is the Halo Safety Ring. It’s quite pricey though and you have to verify the bed frame type.
@@EquipMeOT I will look into it. Thank you so much.
You’re welcome!
