    I've been waiting on an update for the longest time, you've been teasing on Instagram too much famo lol. I know you're mad busy though, so it's all good. I respect the grind and these videos because they give someone like myself, who's always injured, some type of hope. Keep them coming when you have the time, I'll be learning and getting better.

      Hay man I know you say you want to help people, but let me be real for a moment, this is not to offend you or for you to take it personally. Yes the UA-cam videos are cool and everything , but it's mostly entertainment your giving us here. If you really want to help basketball players the way you say you do. You should provide videos or podcast that carry only value for the people and nothing else. When I think of a super athlete I don't think of someone that is focused on entertainment, but more focused on educating himself or for your case others so they can do the same thing. Your videos are very vague and do not provide enough depth. I really enjoy what you were doing when you first began super athletes, but you became just like your friend that did the 10000 Hours entertainment series. For example if you want too see what I mean by TRULY VALUABLE CONTENT Look up "DreAllDay". Watch a video or hear a single podcast of his and you will see just what I mean. Sorry if I came off as harsh , but please use this as something constructive not destructive. Don't let your emotion get involved with what I'm saying here.

      DmanUnt2014 I have a quick question I cannot dunk so my vertical is not that good but my step back is from the free throw line to the three-point line is there anyway I can Implement that into my game to become a dangerous shooter also is that a really good step back considering its range

    Interesting fact about epigenetics. If you smoke or develop bad habits those habitual tendencies CAN be passed along to your kids via genetics. Same can be said about the GOOD things you place an emphasis on in your lives and lifestyles.

    • @PyroInferno110
      @PyroInferno110 6 років тому

      Jordan Jackson dynamic stretch before a work out or do mobility exercises which are better, and then after you static stretch for flexilibity which also helps dunking...its not good to static stretch before you workout because it reduces your overall athleticism and its bad to static stretch before anything

    • @Victor-oy8bj
      @Victor-oy8bj 6 років тому +6

      i got the book awhile ago from someone, it was worthless tho, all it talked about was convincing you that the hyperarch mechanism was real which was frustrating because you didnt need to be convinced that it was real if you bought the book. anyways it only had like one paragraph or like one sentence basically about the hyperarch mechanism and it wasnt even that specific. it said if you squeeze your foot together to increase the arch in your foot and the tendon on the top of your ankle tightens and your ankle becomes stiff and immobile then you are triggering the mechanism which you use somehow.

    • @Victor-oy8bj
      @Victor-oy8bj 6 років тому

      HACE basically its a technique you can learn and train that increases your athleticism. supposedly some people naturally have it and he says people can learn to attain the same level of athleticism. you can look at his channel just search Chong Xie on YT
