Aloo paratha is a favorite breakfast dish in North India, but you can relish it any time of the day as a snack or a meal. Making aloo paratha is not very difficult, but it does require some practice to roll the dough and seal the stuffing without breaking it.

    - 2 Cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
    - 3 Tsp Oil (तेल)
    - Salt (नमक)
    - Water (पानी)
    Stuffing:
    - 500 gm Boiled Potatoes (उबले हुए आलू)
    - 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अद्रक लहसुन पेस्ट)
    - 2 Tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
    - 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
    - 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
    - 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    - 1 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
    - 1 Small Onion (प्याज़)
    - 1/4 Cup Coriander (धनिया)

      Hello, depends on the weather. These won't last long in Summers as potatoes go bad in less time due to the Summer heat. You can go for thepla (methi, masala, palak, etc), besan/jhunka (dry preparation, masala poori, dry chutneys like sesame, peanut, etc

      Aap jab sides wale aate ko beech mein seal karenge, wahan bohot aata na jama karein. Zyada aata hai aisa lag raha hai to thoda nikal lein.
      Belna start karne se pehle center mein halka sa press karein. Aisa try karke dekhein..
