You completely ignored the Acadiens who built the first permanent French settlements in what became Nova Scotia. The first Acadiens (men and women) arrived before the English in Jamestown. 4:53 What? I don’t understand, why would America not revolt? Fear of the French? Why would they be scared of them? France was a huge ally to Revolutionary America in our timeline.
A few thoughts: - France could very well win the Seven Years War here (on the american theatre), in our timeline it was already a close call and Britain almost asked for peace at one point because they didn't see how their position could improve. - The Revolution would probably happen anyway in one form or another, the country was too rotten. - If America remains under British control, slavery would continue (at least in North America) because of the massive Southern slavery lobby. - French and British colonies in North America would get to independence eventually sometime in the 19th century. - After independence, both countries would eventually develop friendly relations as there are no lands left to grab and they both become stable democracies. - With such a large Huguenot presence Canada would probably be more tolerant of religious minorities while British America would certainly be very anti-Catholic due to francophobia. So more oppressed groups would migrate to French Canada instead of British America like in our timeline. - Native Americans would have it way worse than in our timeline's French Canada; relations with the French were good because they weren't that many, here with a larger influx of immigrants wars with the natives would be more common.
I could still see a "Civil War" type conflict if slavery still remained in North America, given that there no doubt would still be a large presence of people opposed to it and if it did break out, I do wonder if the conflict could be quashed much sooner if the British colonies still had good ties back in Britain and could thus be possibly aided by British troops this time around.
I feel this relies on too much assumptions, given if France had a legitimate population to be a threat would be an equal reaction from Great Britain to ensure the colonies are better defended, nor would a populous New France have anywhere near the good native relations as critically underpopulated New France. Not sure how you're getting the South keeping slavery is more likely, given the British Abolition included compensating slave holders, and the south would now be looking at fighting the industrialized north and Great Britain. I really like this video I'd also be interested to see how the Haitian revolution would have affected France and Slavery in general in the New World as despite its small size Haiti was much more valuable than all of New France put together. Plus the main reason that the British ended the Slave trade (but interestingly not slavery) was because they didn't want a Haitian style revolution from spilling over into Jamaica and other British owned islands. This didn't have as much of an effect on the US in our timeline as they were already independent and also many of the Founding Fathers and their direct descendants were massively into that whole 'enslaving other people for profit business'. But in this scenario it would be interesting to see what would happen if the US could just ignore it. Perhaps it would trigger a civil war between those that sided with the Crown/ending the slave trade and /or slavery and the New World Elites and other folks who owned people and didn't give two hoots about what happened the Caribbean.
Very doubtely that Briatin manages to get California, parts of Texas and the plains seems plausible, but getting to California, specially attacking from the east, is mostly unfeasible
As someone from Quebec and a descendant from the French of New France, I would say that even if France had won in 1763, the Americans would have conquered the territories later. The power of the number was too big. New France was a big territory that was empty and New England was a small territory with a large population. Do the maths.
Slavery will till be in British America, after the American Revolution Britain lost 90% of there slaves, so in 1833 they ended slavery and just paid Indian very low wages to work like slaves in Guyana and Fiji.
I have some ideas for your future videos. • What if Soviet Coup of 1991(or August Coup) succeeded(and turned into Second Russian Revolution or Civil War)? - In the alternate scenario, the Soviet forces managed to take over Kremlin as both Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev and future Russian Federation President Boris Yeltsin were both under house arrest after the coup. However, not all of Russians supported the coup since they were tired of communism and wanted democracy(or democratic socialism for the sake of your own idea) for the now broken nation. So the people launched protest against the coup while supporting the arrested leaders which it did not take kindly by the Soviets and gave them a brutal crackdown. These led some of the Russian military and generals began to defected & join the protesters while publicly denounce the Soviet coup rule and support Gorbachev and Yeltsin. Thus, the event would likely became Second Russian Revolution or maybe Second Russian Civil War but this event might give the US and the West to support the revolutionaries, thus beginning the relations between the US & Russia. • What if State of Israel never exist? - As I posting this comment today, Israel declared war on the Palestinian militant, Hamas after the latter launched the rocket attacks in numerous citues while their forces committed actrocities towards civilians and kidnapped them for staging execution if the Israeli government would stop air attacks on the Gaza Strip. This long decade ongoing conflict started when the State of Israel was founded in 1947(or 1948?) after WW2. This formation did not favored among the Palestinians as well as the Arab nations which led into the Arabs Wars that went on 2 decades. Meanwhile, the Palestinians after the UN rejected their own state separately from Israel, formed a insurgent organization, PLO and began their terrorist attacks in Israel, killing & injuring many people. This conflict continues to this day with Hamas(a successor of now disbanded PLO) continue their violent activities to this day up until their recent attack in Israel. But what if the State of Israel never form after the war? What would the world look like differently with Israel never exist? Would Palestine will form by themselves? How would the Israel's non existent would affect the Cold War between the West & the East? I have many things to say but I hope you do that one in your future video. Thanks.
this is a good scenario i wish it went on further! russia presence in NA is an interesting side effect of this. i do think the us would still seek independence just maybe later. hope there is a part two eventually, though since u didnt make the scenario idk if thats rly possible.
Basically just the Portuguese call him an idiot and he never gets a second expedition, for being a moron who sailed south, then east, given telling which direction the sun is rising and setting is very easy.
6:35 This is unlikely. Russia did not value their Alaskan possessions very much, I doubt they would put much time and effort into expanding, especially since it is far from Russia’s heartland and not very defendable. In our timeline the Russians needed money and didn’t want the land to go to their British rivals, so Alaska was sold to the US. At this point in this timeline, Russia would sell its North American possessions to France to piss off Britain and New France would desperately want the access to the Pacific Ocean like America and Canada in our timeline
I have an interesting idea, how about you make a video of "What if the rebellion of Tupac Amaru II succeeded"? For some context, Jose Gabriel Condorcanqui Noguera, better known as Tupac Amaru II has been a martyr for the independence of Peru, instating a rebellion against the Spanish just a few years before Simon Bolivar was even born.
A very interesting scenario but as an American and as an American who specifically lives in the Midwest I don’t know how to feel knowing I’m either French or simply don’t exist lol 😂
I find Russian Cascadia unlikely, given how little value was given to Alaska and the other Russian issues. Thus I'd say its more likely whatever the USA is extends up to at least Vancouver while New France meets them at the Rockies. The New France border with Alaska I'd also say is more likely around the Yukon/Northwest Territories border. Beyond that too much hinges on how the colonies go without a rebellion, since the trajectory seems different if they end up a semi-autonomous dominion or if the UK in this time line ends up giving the colonies representation for taxation.
This senecio hinges on the idea that just because France still has a substantial colony in the new world. That just means that all liberal Frenchmen just move there instead of staying in France. Not all people would end up leaving France. And the overall conditions of the peasants wasn’t getting any better so no matter what the revolution was still likely going to happen. The most differences I could say is that maybe the early republic is deprived of manpower and leadership, barring mostly likely repatriations of liberals coming back to France. And the most that could possibly do, is allow the first coalition to take Paris, unseating the government and maybe rescuing our little King prince Louis the seventeenth. Which honestly sounds like a very very nice scenario actually. But I can imagine that a boy in his state would be scared for life after the deaths of his parents. Making him a legitimate wildcard of a Monarch. But I don’t know enough about the kid to predict further and I’m basically just fantasizing at this point.
Okay alot glossed over, what about the native Americans? Unlike Britain they actually honored their treaties and treated them with respect, with a much greater French force they likely have millions of more native allies and with them knowing the land so much better and much bigger native and french force this could create a butterfly effect where France wins the 7 year's war in the Americas.
That Is because France was a feudalism society large scale emigration was not at all feasible even in there colonies feudalism structures still remained
French here. Great video but I beg to differ regarding the French revolution. The 13 colonies have set a precedent in our timeline sure, but anti-monarchy sentiment was already on the rise due to the enlightenment. The unequal and outdated tax system as well as well as the massive starvation would have unavoidably led to nation wide upheaval. Once the government starts cracking down on protests, these would have turned into armed revolts. Maybe the escalation would have been pushed back, but it could not have been prevented. The only thing that would significantly change would be the constitution which in our timeline was based on that of the US. In fact, I have my doubts that the american revolution wouldn't happen. Again, it could be pushed back, but the factors that led to it in our timeline are still presents: a large colonial population itching to expend westward, a distant government that did not represent the people and a bunch of influential independentists riling up the masses. The French presence wouldn't be that much of a deterrent either. The french revolution has proven that powerful hostile neighbors often pales in front of revolutionary frenzy. The colonists could decide that they cannot rely on the red army to protect them, partially because they failed to completely defeat the French. In fact, I could see the french colonists helping the revolutionaries, either as a middle finger to the British, to weaken the colonies for future invasions or even to buster revolutionary sentiments in their own colonies as well as in old France.
More than likely, the slave trade would have persisted longer in your timeline. I don't see gb being any less addicted to textiles. Without a federal government, it would have been more colony by colony.
Thing is they don't need direct slavery to continue that, as early poorly regulated industry the slave would likely just transition to effectively the company town wage slavery method, applied to agriculture, of sure you're technically free, but you're so day to day poor you're stuck at subsistence.
This is highly innacurate. France could not provide settlers because the french had no interest in leaving there home country. French immigration had basically stopped by 1725,long before the 7 yrs war. That is the MAIN reason for the small population.

Perhaps it would trigger a civil war between those that sided with the Crown/ending the slave trade and /or slavery and the New World Elites and other folks who owned people and didn't give two hoots about what happened the Caribbean.
What is the Romans expand more in Asia and Africa
Very doubtely that Briatin manages to get California, parts of Texas and the plains seems plausible, but getting to California, specially attacking from the east, is mostly unfeasible
What if Kazakhstan actually stayed as Soviet Union and Gorbachev fled there after Black October.
I wish the script at least had a bit of common sense
Something I never expected I’d see: Russian Cascadia
What if Austria colonized America?
What if Napoleon won the napoleonic
As someone from Quebec and a descendant from the French of New France, I would say that even if France had won in 1763, the Americans would have conquered the territories later. The power of the number was too big. New France was a big territory that was empty and New England was a small territory with a large population. Do the maths.
Slavery will till be in British America, after the American Revolution Britain lost 90% of there slaves, so in 1833 they ended slavery and just paid Indian very low wages to work like slaves in Guyana and Fiji.
What if everything went horrible for France
its already happening
Things would have better if our Motherland France had won the Seven Years War
Yall are over exaggerating lol. It could get much, much worse
Ok I wana know somting
Is there a posibility of me making a stupid sinario in YT Coment's and not Discord?

What if Britain formed the Imperial Federation?
Idea what if the British empire colonized South America and invaded german lands
Thanks.
What if Italy (or any Italian nation in the 16th century) colonised Texas, Argentina and New England (New York included)
Easy and fun scenario! You got a like and a subscribe from me!
What if Crassus conquered Persia and the civil war went 3 ways?
What if Finland won the winter war, and formed greater finland after somehow taking karelia?
this is a good scenario i wish it went on further! russia presence in NA is an interesting side effect of this. i do think the us would still seek independence just maybe later. hope there is a part two eventually, though since u didnt make the scenario idk if thats rly possible.

Do one where Columbus gets lost and ends up in equatorial africa
Basically just the Portuguese call him an idiot and he never gets a second expedition, for being a moron who sailed south, then east, given telling which direction the sun is rising and setting is very easy.
Just 70,000 on 1750...and about 15 million people of French ancestry in North America now. Not so bad
At this point in this timeline, Russia would sell its North American possessions to France to piss off Britain and New France would desperately want the access to the Pacific Ocean like America and Canada in our timeline
what is czarist russia modernized before western Europe?
I have an interesting idea, how about you make a video of "What if the rebellion of Tupac Amaru II succeeded"?
For some context, Jose Gabriel Condorcanqui Noguera, better known as Tupac Amaru II has been a martyr for the independence of Peru, instating a rebellion against the Spanish just a few years before Simon Bolivar was even born.
bearers (beavers ) are great
A very interesting scenario but as an American and as an American who specifically lives in the Midwest I don’t know how to feel knowing I’m either French or simply don’t exist lol 😂
Josh Da Ball
What if Napleon the second survived
That Is because France was a feudalism society large scale emigration was not at all feasible even in there colonies feudalism structures still remained
Wait this script was written for you?

What if mckinley wasn’t assassinated
What if the Holy Roman Empire survived
France had twice more population than England

I feel like the US would still revolt bc it was already a death wish to begin with
i myself A Russian, Don't See The Size Of The Russian Colony In America Shown Here As Being Realistic; Of Course They'd Go More South As To Secure More Coastlines But i Don't See Them Ever Gaining What Would Be In Our Timeline The Oregon Territory And Some Southern Parts British Columbia As The British Would Certainly Not Allow Them To Gain Such Coastline Since There's Still The Great Game Between The Two Powers And Of Course Just The Fear Of Russian Power And i Certainly Don't See The Russian Colony Going That Far East Etheir, Yes They Might Get Some Little More Land East And Make Sone Claims Here & There But Not At All Far Enough To Be Able To Get Land (From Our Timeline Of North America) In All Of The Northwest Territorys And Some Of The Nunavut Territory
What if France won the Franco Prussian war?
France lost New France in 1763 but NOT the huge territory of Luisiana who was only sold to the US by Napoleon. You very wrongly say in your video that after 1763 France lost ALL its possessions to England and Spain.
Louisiana did go to Spain, Napoleon took it back IN THE NAPOLEONIC WARS. THEN he sold it to the US
Franco-American, you say? Like Spaghetti-O's?
FRANCO-AMERICAN UH OH SPAGHETTIOS
