As you noted, a lot of people will be cooking ham for Easter. I get a free one from my grocery store every year and I've always just baked it in the oven but now I've got something special!!! I'm really looking forward to trying this bad boy! THANKS.
I am blessed to have a real grocery store chain of ten stores that are 24/7 and for over a month they have had four brands of shank portion hams for only 99¢ per pound which is unheard of in these horrible economic times. There is however a name for this economy and it begins with the letter "B". You get the picture.
